【摘要】：目的:觀察瑤藥崗松根醇提物(BFTE)對(duì)大鼠佐劑性關(guān)節(jié)炎(AA)的藥理作用。方法:42只大鼠隨機(jī)分為正常組、模型組、雷公藤多苷組及BFTE高、中、低劑量組,完全弗氏佐劑誘導(dǎo)AA后,于第12天開始連續(xù)灌胃給藥16d;同一時(shí)間點(diǎn)測(cè)定大鼠足趾腫脹度、關(guān)節(jié)炎評(píng)分、免疫器官指數(shù);第29天處死大鼠,酶聯(lián)免疫法(ELISA)測(cè)定大鼠血清中TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β的含量,光學(xué)顯微鏡觀察大鼠踝關(guān)節(jié)的病理變化。結(jié)果:與模型組相比,BFTE能夠顯著抑制AA大鼠的原發(fā)性和繼發(fā)性足跖腫脹度,降低關(guān)節(jié)炎評(píng)分、免疫器官系數(shù),改善大鼠踝關(guān)節(jié)病理狀態(tài),下調(diào)AA大鼠血清中炎癥因子TNF-α、IL-6和IL-1β的水平。結(jié)論:BFTE對(duì)AA大鼠具有良好的治療作用,其抗炎免疫的機(jī)理可能與減少TNF-α、IL-6和IL-1β的分泌有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the pharmacological effect of the alcohol extract of yaoyaoyagang pine root on adjuvant arthritis (AAA) in rats. Methods: 42 rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside group and BFTE high, middle and low dose groups, after complete Freund adjuvant induced AA. At the same time, the swelling degree of toes, arthritis score and immune organ index of rats were measured at the same time point. The rats were killed on the 29th day, and the content of TNF- 偽 IL-6 IL-6IL-1 尾 in serum was determined by Elisa. Results: compared with the model group, BFTE could significantly inhibit the primary and secondary plantar swelling, reduce the arthritis score and immune organ coefficient in AA rats. The levels of TNF- 偽 IL-6 and IL-1 尾 in the serum of AA rats were improved and the levels of TNF- 偽 -IL-6 and IL-1 尾 were down-regulated. Conclusion: BFTE has a good therapeutic effect on AA rats, and its mechanism of anti-inflammatory immunity may be related to the reduction of TNF- 偽 IL-6 and IL-1 尾 secretion.
