【摘要】：糖尿病腎病已經(jīng)成為我國進入終末期腎病替代治療的首要病因,中醫(yī)藥在糖尿病腎病治療上有不可替代的優(yōu)勢。王耀獻教授在多年的臨床實踐以及中醫(yī)基礎理論的研究基礎上,認為辨機論治在治療糖尿病腎病時能取得更好的療效,首次提出將辨機論治分為初始病機、體質(zhì)病機、衍生病機、證候病機、共通病機5種方法。文章闡述5種病機在糖尿病腎病中的應用。
[Abstract]:Diabetic nephropathy has become the primary cause of end-stage nephropathy replacement therapy in China. Traditional Chinese medicine has an irreplaceable advantage in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. It is considered that differentiation and treatment can obtain better curative effect in treating diabetic nephropathy, and the differentiation and treatment of differentiation and treatment is first proposed to be divided into initial pathogenesis, physique pathogenesis, derivative pathogenesis and syndrome pathogenesis. This article describes the application of 5 kinds of pathogenesis in diabetic nephropathy.
