【摘要】：《黃帝蝦蟆經(jīng)》是一部對后世影響較大的針灸禁忌古籍。歷代針對該書的研究探討不曾斷絕,尤其新中國成立以來,針對該書的各種研究方興未艾,成果不斷產(chǎn)生,一時(shí)蔚為大觀。但隨著對其研究、解讀逐漸增多與深入,在該書成書年代斷定、學(xué)術(shù)思想研究等方面至今尚爭議頗多,未能達(dá)成共識(shí),引起了一批批當(dāng)代研究者的濃厚興趣。鑒于此,本文以《黃帝蝦蟆經(jīng)》為研究對象,運(yùn)用科學(xué)的研究方法,抽絲剝繭,試圖在該書成書年代斷定、學(xué)術(shù)思想研究方面能有所突破。并對該書文化背景和針灸文獻(xiàn)價(jià)值做分析判斷。以期為進(jìn)一步研究與發(fā)展提供理論基礎(chǔ)。在盡可能充分占有材料、挖掘材料的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)學(xué)、文化學(xué)、針灸學(xué)等多學(xué)科交叉的角度,對本書進(jìn)行歸納、整理、分析、推理,大膽假設(shè),小心求證,從多角度多方法的路徑來推斷其成書年代。通過縱向和橫向的對比研究,來考察《黃帝蝦蟆經(jīng)》的成書思想。從文獻(xiàn)探索的角度分析,進(jìn)一步對該書源流和內(nèi)容加以考證。在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合當(dāng)時(shí)的社會(huì)、文化等背景,深刻了解東漢時(shí)期針灸禁忌學(xué)發(fā)展的水平。通過《黃帝蝦蟆經(jīng)》成書背景、版本、學(xué)術(shù)思想、校對等方面分析,目前可推定該書體現(xiàn)了東漢至東晉時(shí)期針灸禁忌學(xué)的發(fā)展水平,限于目前尚缺乏有決定性意義的資料,未能將該書的成書年代進(jìn)一步斷定,故暫定本書的成書是從東漢末至東晉時(shí)代之間(公元3世紀(jì)初到4世紀(jì));作者將《黃帝蝦蟆經(jīng)》與《醫(yī)心方》進(jìn)行校對,并進(jìn)行其內(nèi)容和思想的比較,揭示了該書在日本漢方醫(yī)學(xué)中的巨大影響力,同時(shí)體現(xiàn)該書在中日針灸學(xué)發(fā)展史上有著巨大的價(jià)值和崇高的地位。
[Abstract]:The Book of the Frog of the Yellow Emperor is a taboo ancient book on acupuncture and moxibustion that has had a great impact on later generations. The research on the book has never stopped. Especially since the founding of New China, all kinds of research on the book have been in the ascendant, and the results have been constantly produced. However, with the increasing and deepening of the study and interpretation of the book, it was concluded in the year of the book that there were still many controversies in the research of academic thought, and no consensus could be reached. In view of this, this paper takes the Book of the Yellow Emperor Frog as the research object, using scientific research methods to draw silk and cocoon, in order to determine the date of the book's completion. In order to provide a theoretical basis for further research and development, we can make some breakthroughs in the research of academic thoughts. On the basis of the material, we can make a thorough analysis of the cultural background and the value of the acupuncture and moxibustion literature, so as to provide a theoretical basis for further research and development. Using the interdisciplinary perspectives of philology, culturology, acupuncture and moxibustion, the book is summed up, sorted, analyzed, reasoned, hypothesized, and carefully verified. From the path of multiple angles and methods to infer the age of the book. Through the longitudinal and horizontal comparative study, to investigate the book thought of the Book of the Frog of the Yellow Emperor. From the perspective of literature exploration, On the basis of this, combining with the social and cultural background of that time, we have a profound understanding of the level of the development of contraindications of acupuncture and moxibustion in the Eastern Han Dynasty. From the analysis of proofreading and other aspects, it can be presumed that the book reflects the development level of contraindication of acupuncture and moxibustion from the Eastern Han Dynasty to the Eastern Jin Dynasty, and is limited to the lack of decisive data at present, and fails to further determine the date of the book's completion. Therefore, the book was tentatively written from the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty to the Eastern Jin Dynasty (from the beginning of 3th century to 4th century AD). The author proofread the Book of the Frog of the Yellow Emperor and the Heart of Medicine, and compared its contents and ideas. It reveals the great influence of the book in Japanese Chinese medicine, and at the same time reflects the great value and lofty status of the book in the history of acupuncture and moxibustion between China and Japan.
