【摘要】：研究目的復(fù)方黃連膏是北京中醫(yī)院的傳統(tǒng)中藥制劑,本研究意在探索復(fù)方黃連膏治療濕疹的臨床療效及其作用機理,觀察其臨床使用的安全性,從中醫(yī)藥外治學(xué)角度觀察復(fù)方黃連膏對濕疹的治療作用,為基于"清熱利濕解毒法"創(chuàng)立的復(fù)方黃連膏在治療慢性濕疹的應(yīng)用提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。研究方法采用隨機、平行、雙側(cè)對稱皮疹自身配對、安慰劑對照研究。探討外用復(fù)方黃連膏治療"濕毒郁膚"證慢性濕疹的臨床療效和安全性。主要評價指標(biāo)包括慢性濕疹的皮膚面積、皮疹顏色、皮疹形態(tài)等臨床體征和瘙癢程度、心煩等中醫(yī)臨床癥候及皮膚屏障測定及安全性指標(biāo)進行客觀定量評分。研究結(jié)果觀察復(fù)方黃連膏改善"濕毒郁膚"證濕疹療效,治療組總有效率90.77%,優(yōu)于對照組的總有效率56.92%,且差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(p0.05)。對比治療前后皮損瘙癢評分、面積大小及皮疹形態(tài)均有顯著改善,且皮膚屏障功能,治療組水分、油脂較對照組療效顯著。結(jié)合兩組之間有效率的比較,說明復(fù)方黃連膏外治"濕毒郁膚"證慢性濕疹的具有確切的臨床療效,且65例患者中無用藥后發(fā)生不良反應(yīng)者,明確了復(fù)方黃連膏的安全性。研究結(jié)論復(fù)方黃連膏治療"濕毒郁膚"證濕疹具有較好療效。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the clinical efficacy and mechanism of compound Coptis plaster in treating eczema and to observe the safety of its clinical use. To observe the therapeutic effect of compound Coptis ointment on eczema from the perspective of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, to provide a scientific basis for the application of compound Coptis ointment based on "clearing heat, promoting dampness and detoxification" in the treatment of chronic eczema. A self-matched, placebo-controlled study of bilateral symmetrical skin rash. To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of compound Huanglian ointment in the treatment of chronic eczema with "dampness toxin depression skin" syndrome. The main evaluation indexes include the skin area and skin color of chronic eczema. The clinical signs and pruritus degree such as the appearance of rash and the degree of pruritus, the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine such as irritation, the determination of skin barrier and the safety index were evaluated objectively and quantitatively. The results of the study were to observe the effect of compound Huanglian ointment on improving the eczema of "dampness toxin depression skin" syndrome. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.77, which was better than that of the control group (56.92%), and the difference was statistically significant (p 0.05). The curative effect of oil and fat was more obvious than that of control group. Combined with the comparison of effective rate between the two groups, it showed that compound Huanglian ointment had definite clinical effect in treating chronic eczema with "dampness toxin depression skin" syndrome, and there were no adverse reactions in 65 patients. Conclusion compound Coptis ointment is effective in treating eczema of "dampness toxin depression skin".
