【摘要】：在惡性腫瘤的發(fā)展進(jìn)程中,Twist對多條通路均有調(diào)節(jié)作用,是作為節(jié)點(diǎn)調(diào)控的重要靶點(diǎn)。Twist轉(zhuǎn)錄因子是一種高度保守的堿性螺旋-環(huán)-螺旋分子,其異常表達(dá)在惡性腫瘤中可誘導(dǎo)腫瘤細(xì)胞上皮間質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)化、腫瘤干細(xì)胞表型形成、能量代謝重調(diào)等諸多方面,可能成為診斷及預(yù)后的新指標(biāo)。目前各種研究發(fā)現(xiàn),中藥可通過引起Twist表達(dá)改變抑制腫瘤進(jìn)展,故將針對Twist在惡性腫瘤中的作用機(jī)制最新進(jìn)展及相關(guān)中醫(yī)藥研究進(jìn)行綜述,以期對未來研究提供新思路。
[Abstract]:In the development of malignant tumor, Twist regulates multiple pathways are as an important target of.Twist transcription factor regulation node is a highly conserved basic helix loop helix molecule, the abnormal expression of tumor cells can induce epithelial mesenchymal transition in malignant tumor, tumor stem cell phenotype formation. Reset the energy metabolism and other aspects, may become a new indicator for diagnosis and prognosis. The study found that Chinese medicine can be caused by changes in expression of Twist inhibit tumor progression, so it will be for the role of Twist in malignant tumor in the latest progress and related research of traditional Chinese medicine were reviewed, in order to provide new ideas for future research.
