【摘要】：目的:應(yīng)用數(shù)字挖掘技術(shù)分析姜老師治療乳腺癌術(shù)后患者病歷的癥狀及中藥,總結(jié)姜老師治療乳腺癌術(shù)后的經(jīng)驗。方法:收集姜老師診治的乳腺癌術(shù)后病歷,將符合要求的病歷共31例,123診次,進(jìn)行原始資料的保存、整理,經(jīng)數(shù)據(jù)處理后運用Excel表建立數(shù)據(jù)庫,用SPSS17.0軟件對乳腺癌術(shù)后患者的癥狀、中藥、中藥藥類進(jìn)行頻數(shù)分析,總結(jié)出治療乳腺癌術(shù)后的常見癥狀以及核心藥物等;采用系統(tǒng)聚類法對出現(xiàn)頻次在5次以上的藥物進(jìn)行聚類分析,找出乳腺癌術(shù)后治療關(guān)系密切的藥物組合。結(jié)果:1.頻數(shù)分析結(jié)果:納入病例中出現(xiàn)的頻次≥20次的癥狀依次為:失眠、自汗、乏力、口干、納呆。舌象中以舌紅(40.3%)、苔白(28.0%)最多見,脈象以脈細(xì)(44.4%)、脈沉(42.8%)為主,占87.2%。中藥總頻數(shù)為2304次,使用頻數(shù)最多的前15味藥,頻次均在40次以上,累計頻率達(dá)52%,其中以黃芪的使用最多,頻數(shù)為120次,其次為白術(shù)、茯苓,均≥100次。藥類以補虛藥(32.4%),清熱藥(19.1%)及利水滲濕藥(9.9%)為主,占總中藥頻數(shù)的61.4%。2.聚類分析結(jié)果:對出現(xiàn)頻次5次以上的藥物進(jìn)行聚類分析,得到常用藥對10個、藥物組合10個及藥物組合體1個。結(jié)論:姜老師認(rèn)為乳腺癌術(shù)后基本病機(jī)為正虛邪實,病位在肝、腎。正虛以氣陰兩虛和肝腎虧虛為主,邪實以熱毒、痰濕、瘀血為主。故扶正祛邪是治療本病的主要原則,臨床上以益氣養(yǎng)陰、扶正解毒為基本治療原則。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the symptoms and medical records of the patients with breast cancer treated by Jiang by using digital mining technique, and to summarize the experiences of the patients with breast cancer treated by Jiang. Methods: the medical records of the patients with breast cancer treated by Jiang were collected. A total of 31 cases of medical records were examined for 123 times, and the original data were saved and sorted out. After data processing, the database was established by using Excel table, and the frequency of symptoms, traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine drugs after breast cancer operation were analyzed by SPSS17.0 software. To summarize the common symptoms and core drugs after the operation of breast cancer, and to cluster the drugs that appear more than 5 times by the systematic clustering method.
