【摘要】：目的:觀察針刺捻轉(zhuǎn)瀉法治療肝火上擾型耳鳴的臨床療效。方法:105例符合入選標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的肝火上擾型耳鳴患者隨機分為捻轉(zhuǎn)瀉法組、留針對照組和理療對照組各35例,分別采用針刺捻轉(zhuǎn)瀉法、針刺留針及理療三種方法治療。各組治療前后比較耳鳴嚴(yán)重程度評分、耳鳴臨床療效、耳鳴致殘量表評分,3個療程后對比評分結(jié)果。結(jié)果:治療后各組耳鳴嚴(yán)重程度、耳鳴致殘量表評分均下降(P0.05),且治療后捻轉(zhuǎn)瀉法組評分均低于理療對照組(P0.05),治療前與治療后的評分差值捻轉(zhuǎn)瀉法組均高于留針對照組及理療對照組(P0.05),3組耳鳴顯效率分別為60%、40%、31.4%,捻轉(zhuǎn)瀉法組和留針對照組顯效率均高于理療對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:針刺捻轉(zhuǎn)瀉法治療肝火上擾型耳鳴療效更佳。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of acupuncture twirling and reducing method on tinnitus caused by liver fire. Methods: 105 cases of tinnitus with liver fire were randomly divided into two groups: twisting and reducing method group, needle retention control group and physiotherapy control group, 35 cases in each group. They were treated with acupuncture twirling, acupuncture retention and physical therapy respectively. The scores of severity of tinnitus and the clinical efficacy of tinnitus were compared before and after treatment. The score of tinnitus disability scale was compared after 3 courses of treatment. Results: after treatment, the severity of tinnitus in each group, The scores of tinnitus disability scale were all decreased (P 0.05), and the scores of twisting and diarrhea group were lower than those of physiotherapy control group (P 0.05). The difference of score before and after treatment was higher than that in needle retention group and physiotherapy control group (P 0.05). The effective rates of the twisting and reducing method group and the needle retention control group were higher than those of the physiotherapy control group, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: acupuncture with twirling and purging is more effective in the treatment of tinnitus caused by liver fire.
