【摘要】：目的:觀察加味三子陳平湯對于治療痰濕郁阻型功能性便秘的臨床療效并從理論方面探討其機制。方法:本研究選取2014年7月至2015年11月期間于山東中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院脾胃病科門診及病房診治的功能性便秘患者70例,并隨機分為試驗組與對照組各35例,試驗組給予加味三子陳平湯治療,對照組給予聚乙二醇4000散(福松)治療,療程兩個月。觀察兩組治療前后臨床癥狀體征變化情況。結(jié)果:治療兩個月后,在改善便秘癥狀方面,P0.05,表明兩組在改善便秘癥狀方面有顯著差異,試驗組優(yōu)于對照組。在改善伴隨癥狀方面,P0.05,表明兩組在改善便秘伴隨癥狀方面有顯著差異,試驗組優(yōu)于對照組。結(jié)論:加味三子陳平湯對于治療痰濕郁阻型功能性便秘療效顯著,在改善總體便秘癥狀與改善伴隨癥狀兩方面,均優(yōu)于聚乙二醇4000散(福松)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of modified Sanzi Chen Ping decoction on functional constipation of phlegm-dampness stagnation type and explore its mechanism in theory. Methods: from July 2014 to November 2015, this study was conducted in Shandong University of traditional Chinese Medicine. 70 patients with functional constipation diagnosed and treated in outpatient and ward departments of spleen and stomach diseases in affiliated hospitals, They were randomly divided into the experimental group (n = 35) and the control group (n = 35). The experimental group was treated with modified Sanzi Chen Ping decoction, and the control group was treated with polyethylene glycol 4000 powder (Fusong). Two months of treatment. The changes of clinical symptoms and signs before and after treatment were observed. Results: after two months of treatment, there were significant differences in the improvement of constipation symptoms between the two groups (P 0.05). The experimental group was superior to the control group in improving constipation symptoms (P 0.05), which indicated that there was a significant difference between the two groups in improving constipation associated symptoms. Conclusion: the effect of modified Sanzi Chen Ping decoction on functional constipation of phlegm-dampness stagnation type is remarkable. It is superior to PEG4000 powder in improving the overall constipation symptoms and improving associated symptoms.
