【摘要】：目的:觀察火針配合穴位埋線治療單純性肥胖病的臨床療效。方法:將60例單純性肥胖病患者隨機(jī)分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組、對(duì)照組,每組各30例。實(shí)驗(yàn)組給予火針配合穴位埋線療法,2周治療1次,4周為一個(gè)療程,治療3個(gè)療程。對(duì)照組給予單純針刺療法,每周治療5次,4周為一個(gè)療程,治療3個(gè)療程。觀察患者治療前后體重、體質(zhì)量指數(shù)(BMI)、肥胖度、體圍、腰臀比值(WHR)、皮褶厚度、體脂百分率(F%)的變化情況。結(jié)果:1.自身前后對(duì)照:兩組治療后體重、BMI、F%等肥胖指標(biāo)與治療前比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);顯示兩種療法對(duì)單純性肥胖病均有治療作用。2.組間對(duì)照:體重、WHR方面差異具有顯著性(P0.05),BMI、肥胖度、腰圍、腹壁皮褶厚度、肱三頭肌皮褶厚度、體脂百分率方面差異具有顯著性(P0.01)。而在胸圍、臀圍、股圍、肩胛下角皮褶厚度方面差異無顯著性(P0.05)。3.治療結(jié)束后,實(shí)驗(yàn)組總有效率86.7%;對(duì)照組總有效率73.3%。實(shí)驗(yàn)組療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.01)。結(jié)論:火針配合穴位埋線療法與單純針刺療法對(duì)單純性肥胖病患者均有治療作用,其中火針配合穴位埋線優(yōu)于單純針刺治療,此療效可能與穴位持續(xù)刺激效應(yīng)和火針的溫?zé)嶙饔糜嘘P(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of fire acupuncture combined with catgut embedding on simple obesity. Methods: 60 patients with simple obesity were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. There were 30 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with fire acupuncture combined with acupoint catgut embedding therapy for 2 weeks as a course of treatment for 4 weeks, while the control group was given simple acupuncture therapy, 5 times a week for 4 weeks as a course of treatment, the control group was given simple acupuncture therapy, 5 times a week for 4 weeks as a course of treatment, Before and after treatment, the body weight, body mass index (BMI), fat degree, body circumference, waist-hip ratio and skinfold thickness were observed. Results: before and after treatment, obesity indexes such as weight and BMIF% in two groups were compared with those before treatment. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), which showed that the two treatments had therapeutic effect on simple obesity. 2. Control group: significant difference in weight and WHR, fat degree, waist circumference, skin fold thickness of abdominal wall, skin fold thickness of triceps brachii muscle, There was no significant difference in body fat percentage in chest circumference, hip circumference, thigh circumference and subscapular skinfold thickness. The total effective rate of the experimental group was 86.7 and the total effective rate of the control group was 73.3. The curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group (P0.01.Conclusion: fire acupuncture combined with acupoint catgut embedding therapy and simple acupuncture therapy have therapeutic effects on the patients with simple obesity. The effect of fire acupuncture combined with acupoint embedding is better than that of simple acupuncture, which may be related to the effect of continuous acupoint stimulation and the warming effect of fire acupuncture.
