【摘要】：目的:羅哲初先生作為廣西近代的著名針灸醫(yī)家,廣西派針法的代表人物。本文旨在通過對其生平經(jīng)歷及其現(xiàn)存的醫(yī)著手稿進行整理研究,挖掘其學術源流、歸納其臨證特點,總結其學術精華,使羅氏的學術思想能夠更好的得到傳承,更好的為針灸臨床實踐服務。方法:廣泛收集羅哲初先生的醫(yī)著、手稿和其他相關史料,圍繞其醫(yī)著、手稿及其他相關史料,采用文獻研究的方法來整理和挖掘羅哲初的生平經(jīng)歷和學術思想。結果:羅哲初先生是一位關心政治、熱衷教育的醫(yī)家,在羅哲初的醫(yī)學生涯中,他勤于實踐、勤于研究、勤于著述。羅哲初的學術思想主要包括“學宗《內經(jīng)》,節(jié)要發(fā)微”“診病重脈,闡發(fā)脈學”“精究針法,弘揚針灸”三個主要方面。結論:羅哲初先生以《內經(jīng)》《難經(jīng)》等經(jīng)典著作理論作為基石,結合自己的臨床經(jīng)驗,對經(jīng)典著作進行了全新的注釋,補充了針灸學和脈學的理論研究。豐富了“廣西派針法”在針灸學的內涵,進一步擴大了其在全國的影響力。
[Abstract]:Objective: as a famous acupuncture and moxibustion doctor in Guangxi in modern times, Mr. Luo Zhechu is a representative figure of acupuncture method in Guangxi. The purpose of this paper is to sort out his life experience and his existing manuscripts of medical works, to excavate its academic origin and to sum up its clinical characteristics. Summing up its academic essence, so that Roche's academic ideas can be better passed on, and better serve the clinical practice of acupuncture and moxibustion. Methods: collect extensively Mr. Luo Zhechu's medical works, manuscripts, and other relevant historical materials, and revolve around his medical works. Manuscripts and other related historical materials, the method of literature research is used to sort out and excavate Luo Zhechu's life experience and academic thought. Results: Mr. Luo is a doctor who cares about politics and education, in his medical career, He is diligent in practice, study and writing. His academic thoughts mainly include "Xuezong (Internal Classic)", "diagnosis of illness and pulse", "elucidation of pulse science" and "fine investigation of needlework". Three main aspects of carrying forward acupuncture and moxibustion. Conclusion: with the theory of classical works, such as "Internal Classic" and "difficult Classic", as the foundation stone and combining with his own clinical experience, Mr. Luo Zhechu has made a new annotation on classical works. It enriches the connotation of "Guangxi School of Acupuncture" in acupuncture and moxibustion, and further expands its influence in the whole country.
