【摘要】：基于前期臟腑之精的現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)本質(zhì)的研究,認(rèn)為腎精的現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)本質(zhì)主要體現(xiàn)為機(jī)體中所有干細(xì)胞及其周圍微環(huán)境中的細(xì)胞外基質(zhì)、細(xì)胞間信號(hào)分子和組織液等組成的有機(jī)集合。在揭示"先天之精"和"后天之精"現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)本質(zhì)的基礎(chǔ)上,闡述腎精形成及充盈的現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)機(jī)理。通過闡釋腎精、腎氣、臟腑之氣的現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)本質(zhì)的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系,以及揭示腎精、腎氣、臟腑之氣隨年齡變化的現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)機(jī)理,詮釋腎精生理效應(yīng)的現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)內(nèi)涵,即腎主生長發(fā)育和生殖以及推動(dòng)和調(diào)控臟腑氣化的現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)內(nèi)涵。
[Abstract]:Based on the study of the modern medical essence of Zangfu essence in the early stage, it is considered that the modern medical essence of kidney essence is mainly the extracellular matrix of all stem cells in the organism and its surrounding microenvironment. An organic collection of intercellular signaling molecules and tissue fluids. On the basis of revealing the essence of modern medicine of "congenital essence" and "acquired essence", this paper expounds the modern medical mechanism of the formation and filling of kidney essence. The internal relation of the modern medical essence of zang-fu qi, and the modern medical mechanism of revealing the changes of kidney essence, kidney qi and zang-fu qi with age, and interpreting the modern medical connotation of the physiological effect of kidney essence. It is the modern medical connotation of kidney main growth and reproduction and promoting and regulating zang-fu organ gasification.
