【摘要】：目的:研究毫針深刺對腰椎間盤突出癥(瘀血腰痛型)患者的臨床療效,并證明深刺治療本病癥的顯著優(yōu)勢。材料與方法:將70例腰椎間盤突出癥(瘀血腰痛型)患者隨機分為中藥組和針刺組,每組35人。中藥組口服血府逐瘀丸,一日兩次;針刺組以毫針深刺腰部腰2、腰3、腎俞、命門、腰陽關、阿是穴等,并配以遠端穴位,每天針刺一次,持續(xù)9天。于治療前、中、后期對所有患者進行病情評分,并進行統(tǒng)計學分析。結(jié)果:1.分組后,中藥組自覺癥狀、直腿抬高試驗、日常生活動作得分分別為1.17±1.043、0.09±0.284、2.37±1.800;針刺組得分分別是1.14±1.004、0.11±0.323、2.49±1.915。經(jīng)統(tǒng)計分析,P值均0.05,無統(tǒng)計學意義。2.治療后,中藥組治療后臨床治愈、顯效、有效、無效的人數(shù)分別為3、7、13、12;針刺組治療后臨床治愈、顯效、有效、無效的人數(shù)分別13、10、8、4。針刺組總有效率為88.6%,中藥組總有效率為77.1%。3.治療后,針刺組治療前后在自覺癥狀、直腿抬高試驗、日常生活動作三組情況的得分評價,治療前分別為1.17±1.043、0.09±0.284、2.40±1.802;治療后后分別為6.49±2.571、1.29±0.622、11.00±3.694。經(jīng)統(tǒng)計分析,P值均0.05,有統(tǒng)計學意義。結(jié)論:1.口服血府逐瘀丸與毫針深刺均能治療腰椎間盤突出癥。2.毫針深刺治療瘀血腰痛型腰椎間盤突出癥在療效及見效速度方面均優(yōu)于口服血府逐瘀丸。3.與單純服用血府逐瘀丸相比,毫針深刺是治療腰椎間盤突出癥(瘀血腰痛型)的優(yōu)選方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the clinical effect of deep acupuncture on patients with lumbar disc herniation (blood stasis and low back pain). Materials and methods: 70 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation (blood stasis and low back pain) were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine group and acupuncture group with 35 persons in each group. In the acupuncture group, the waist 2, waist 3, Shen Yu, Shengmen, Yaoyang Guan, Ashi were needled deeply at waist 2, waist 3, Shenshu, and so on, combined with distal acupoints, acupuncture once a day for 9 days. Before, during and after treatment, all patients were evaluated. Results: 1. After divided into groups, the scores of conscious symptoms and straight leg elevation test in the Chinese medicine group were 1.17 鹵1.043, 0.09 鹵0.284, 2.37 鹵1.800, and those in the acupuncture group were 1.14 鹵1.0040.11 鹵0.3232.49 鹵1.915.After the treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P = 0.05, P < 0.05). The number of patients who were cured, effective, effective and ineffective after treatment in the Chinese medicine group was 31,70.1312 respectively; in the acupuncture group, the number of those who were cured, effective, effective and ineffective were 1310100.The total effective rate in the acupuncture group was 88.6and the total effective rate in the traditional Chinese medicine group was 77.1g / 3.After the treatment, the total effective rate of the acupuncture group was 77.1g / 3.After the treatment, the total effective rate of the acupuncture group was 88.6%. Oral Xuefu Zhuyu Pill and Milliform Acupuncture Deep needling can treat lumbar disc herniation. Intervertebral disc herniation is superior to oral Xuefu Zhuyu pills in curative effect and effective speed. Compared with taking Xuefu Zhuyu pills alone, the intervertebral disc herniation is better than taking Xuefu Zhuyu pills alone. Deep acupuncture is an excellent method for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation (blood stasis and low back pain).
