【摘要】：絡(luò)病理論是目前發(fā)現(xiàn)能有效解決疑難疾病的一種新的理論。文章從絡(luò)病理論出發(fā),結(jié)合婦科"胞絡(luò)"的特點(diǎn),提出痰瘀癌毒郁積是卵巢癌發(fā)病的根本。理沖生髓飲正是基于絡(luò)病理論提出卵巢癌的治療當(dāng)以抗癌解毒、化瘀通絡(luò)、扶正培本為基本治則,并指出腫瘤血管生成是一種病理機(jī)制,歸屬"病絡(luò)",中醫(yī)"絡(luò)"的概念在形態(tài)和功能上與西醫(yī)學(xué)的微血管與微循環(huán)概念相似。理沖生髓飲的通絡(luò)治療機(jī)制與腫瘤抗血管生成機(jī)制具有一致性,從而為中醫(yī)學(xué)對卵巢癌的深入認(rèn)識以及從絡(luò)病論治提供新的思路。
[Abstract]:The theory of collateral disease is a new theory that has been found to be effective in solving difficult diseases at present. This article starts from the theory of collateral disease and combines the characteristics of gynecological "cell and collaterals". It is based on the theory of collateral disease that the treatment of ovarian cancer should be based on anti-cancer detoxification, removing stasis and unblocking collaterals, and Fuzheng Peiyuan is the basic treatment principle. It is pointed out that tumor angiogenesis is a pathological mechanism. The concept of "collateral" in traditional Chinese medicine is similar to the concept of microvessel and microcirculation in western medicine in form and function. So as to provide a new way to understand ovarian cancer in TCM and treat it from collateral disease.
