【摘要】：目的:本課題旨在通過檢索古今文獻中應用針刺、灸法治療乳癖的相關內(nèi)容進行整理并統(tǒng)計分析,總結(jié)其刺、灸法及選穴研究規(guī)律,為臨床應用針灸治療本病提供參考。方法:分別以《中華醫(yī)典》和中國知網(wǎng)為檢索源,納入符合本課題相關的文獻資料,統(tǒng)計相關腧穴的使用頻次、歸經(jīng)、部位分布、特定穴、刺灸法等,通過數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計分析,總結(jié)乳癖的刺、灸法及選穴研究規(guī)律。結(jié)果:1.古代常用穴有阿是穴、肓門、中極、足臨泣、陰交、足三里、石門、梁丘;現(xiàn)代常用穴有膻中、足三里、乳根、屋翳、阿是穴、肩井、太沖、合谷;2.古今醫(yī)家在治療乳癖時多選用足陽明胃經(jīng)、任脈、足太陽膀胱經(jīng)、足少陽膽經(jīng)的經(jīng)穴�，F(xiàn)代醫(yī)家還常用足厥陰肝經(jīng)、足太陰脾經(jīng)的經(jīng)穴。3.古今文獻針灸治療乳癖的腧穴主要分布在胸腹部和四肢部。4.古今文獻中治療乳癖的常用特定穴為五輸穴、募穴,現(xiàn)代醫(yī)家臨床還常用背俞穴、八會穴等。5.古今針灸治療乳癖常用毫針、灸法、針藥結(jié)合,現(xiàn)代醫(yī)家還常用電針,針推結(jié)合等綜合療法治療。結(jié)論:古今文獻中治療本病選用具體腧穴的差異較大,但在統(tǒng)計腧穴歸經(jīng)、部位分布、特定穴、針、灸療法等方面又具有相似性�，F(xiàn)代醫(yī)家極大地擴充了本病的選穴范圍,且療法豐富。
[Abstract]:Objective: the purpose of this subject is to summarize the research rules of acupuncture, moxibustion and acupoint selection by retrieving the relevant contents of acupuncture and moxibustion in ancient and modern literature. Methods: the Chinese Medical Code and the Chinese knowledge Network were used as the retrieval sources respectively to include the relevant literature data according to this subject, and to count the frequency of the use of the relevant acupoints, return to the meridian, distribution of the site, specific points, and to provide reference for the clinical application of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of the disease. Acupuncture and moxibustion, etc., through statistical analysis of data, summed up the rules of research on Rupi's needling, moxibustion and acupoint selection. Results: 1. In ancient times, the commonly used acupoints were Ashi, Huangmen, middle pole, foot crying, Yinjiao, Zusanli, Shimen, Liangqiu, and modern common acupoints were found in Shanzhong. Zusanli, Rugen, Wuyi, Ashi, shoulder well, Taichung, Hegu. 2. Ancient and modern doctors used the acupoints of foot Yangming stomach Meridian, Renmai Meridian, foot Sun bladder Meridian, foot Shaoyang gallbladder Meridian, and foot Jueyin liver Meridian. The acupoints of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating lacunae are mainly distributed in the chest, abdomen and limbs. 4. In the ancient and modern literature, the commonly used specific points for the treatment of lactocism are Wuyu points, conjecture points, and Yu back points, which are also commonly used by modern doctors in clinical practice, and the main points of acupuncture and moxibustion are mainly distributed in the chest and abdomen and limbs. Bazhui acupoint et al. 5. Acupuncture and moxibustion are commonly used in the treatment of lactation. The combination of acupuncture and medicine is commonly used in modern medicine. Conclusion: in ancient and modern literature, specific acupoints are used for the treatment of this disease, and there is a great difference in the use of specific acupoints in the treatment of this disease. However, there are similarities in statistics of acupoints, location distribution, specific points, acupuncture, moxibustion therapy and so on. Modern doctors have greatly expanded the range of acupoint selection of this disease, and the treatment is abundant.
