【摘要】：目的:記錄和觀察經(jīng)典古方香砂六君子湯治療功能性腹瀉(脾虛夾濕證)的臨床療效。方法:將江蘇省中醫(yī)院門診收錄符合功能性腹瀉(脾虛夾濕型)診斷的60例病例,隨機分為治療組(30例)和對照組(30例)。治療組給予經(jīng)典古方香砂六君子湯加減,對照組給予目前現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)臨床常用藥枯草桿菌二聯(lián)活菌腸溶膠囊(美常安)。一個療程結(jié)束后,觀察并記錄兩組治療前與治療后的病情改善情況(用積分表示),分別計算治療組與對照組各主要癥狀積分、各次要癥狀積分及總癥狀積分,數(shù)據(jù)采用SPSS19.0統(tǒng)計軟件分析,分別比較兩組治療前后組內(nèi)及組間的癥狀改善情況。結(jié)果:一個療程后(8周),主癥大便次數(shù)及大便形狀,組內(nèi)比較,兩組P0.05,說明兩組治療后均有效;兩組組間比較,分析結(jié)果示P0.05,可見治療組的療效比對照組好。兩組組內(nèi)比較,次癥納呆、脘悶、腹脹、神疲、腸鳴,兩組P0.05,說明兩組治療均有效;組間比較,次癥納呆、脘悶、腹脹,分析結(jié)果示P0.05,說明治療組的療效比對照組好;次癥神疲、腸鳴,分析結(jié)果示P0.05,說明治療后兩組療效無明顯差異。治療組總有效率達90%;對照組總有效率達83.3%;兩組的總有效率P0.05,說明兩組之間有明顯差異。統(tǒng)計結(jié)果顯示,治療功能性腹瀉(脾虛夾濕型),兩組治療均有效,但治療組優(yōu)于對照組。結(jié)論:香砂六君子湯治療功能性腹瀉(脾虛夾濕型)可以明顯緩解癥狀。
[Abstract]:Objective: to record and observe the clinical effect of Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction on functional diarrhea (spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome). Methods: 60 cases of functional diarrhea (spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome) were included in the clinic of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine. The treatment group was randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). To observe and record the improvement of the condition before and after treatment in two groups (expressed by integral, calculate the main symptom integral, the secondary symptom integral and the total symptom integral of the treatment group and the control group, respectively). The data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 statistical software. Results: after a course of treatment, after 8 weeks of treatment, the number of major bowel movements and the shape of stool were compared between the two groups (P0.05), which indicated that the two groups were effective after treatment. The results showed that P0.05, the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. The results showed that P0.05 showed that the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90; the total effective rate of the control group was 83.3; the total effective rate of the two groups was P0.05, which indicated that there was a significant difference between the two groups. In the treatment of functional diarrhea (spleen deficiency and dampness type), both groups were effective, but the treatment group was superior to the control group. Conclusion: Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction can obviously relieve the symptoms of functional diarrhea (spleen deficiency and dampness type).
