【摘要】：目的探討中藥耳凈散治療慢性化膿性中耳炎的給藥方式、給藥時(shí)長和臨床療效。方法選取2014年3月~2016年1月期間我院治療的180例(192耳)慢性化膿性中耳炎患者,隨機(jī)分為治療組和對(duì)照組,每組90例患者。治療組采用復(fù)方耳凈散噴敷治療,對(duì)照組使用氧氟沙星滴耳液滴耳治療,比較兩組患者治療不同時(shí)長的治愈率和有效率。結(jié)果耳凈散治療組和氧氟沙星滴耳液治療組的單次治療(2周)流膿癥狀控制率分別為87.6%和58.9%,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論耳內(nèi)鏡引導(dǎo)下中藥耳凈散治療慢性化膿性中耳炎活動(dòng)期的效果顯著,干性治療比濕性治療在治療時(shí)長上有明顯優(yōu)勢(shì),且安全性好。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the treatment of chronic suppurative otitis media with Erjing Powder. Methods 180 cases of chronic suppurative otitis media treated from March 2014 to January 2016 were selected. They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 90 patients in each group. The treatment group was treated with compound erjing powder spray, the control group was treated with ofloxacin ear drops, and the control group was treated with ofloxacin ear drops. Results the cure rate and effective rate of the two groups were 87.6% and 58.9 respectively, and the control rates of the symptoms were 87.6% and 58.9 respectively in the Erjing Powder treatment group and ofloxacin ear drops group. Conclusion the therapeutic effect of Erjing Powder, a traditional Chinese medicine, on the active stage of chronic suppurative otitis media under the guidance of endoscope is remarkable. Dry therapy has obvious advantages over wet therapy in long duration of treatment, and the safety is good.
