【摘要】："所言節(jié)者,神氣之所游行出入也,非皮肉筋骨也"是《靈樞》對(duì)腧穴的經(jīng)典定義,其中"神氣""游行""出入""非皮肉筋骨"是理解腧穴本意的關(guān)鍵。本文從《說(shuō)文解字》對(duì)這些核心字詞的本義解讀出發(fā),結(jié)合中醫(yī)理論,將腧穴的內(nèi)涵要義從4個(gè)方面進(jìn)行概括:一是正氣變化的本質(zhì)特征,二是聯(lián)系通路的功能特性,三是可診可療的臨床特色,四是三維立體的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)。從中也啟示我們,腧穴的形體結(jié)構(gòu)不是關(guān)鍵,核心是正氣及其變化。灸刺之道,"必中氣穴,無(wú)中肉節(jié)"。這也是針灸臨床療效好壞的關(guān)鍵之所在,今日仍具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和指導(dǎo)價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:It is the classical definition of acupoints in the Spirit Pivot that "those who say the festival, who march in and out of the air, and who are not skin, flesh, muscles, bones, bones or bones" are the classical definitions of acupoints. Among them, "spirit", "parade", "entrance and exit", "non-skin flesh and bones" is the key to understand the original meaning of acupoints. This article starts from the interpretation of the meaning of these core words and combines with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine. The connotations and essentials of acupoints are summarized from four aspects: first, the essential characteristics of the change of positive qi, second, the functional characteristics of the connecting pathway, the third, the clinical characteristics of treatable and treatable, and the fourth, the structural characteristics of three-dimensional, which also enlighten us. The body structure of acupoints is not the key, the core is the vital qi and its change. The moxibustion needling way, "must be in the Qi point, does not have the middle meat section". This also is the acupuncture clinical curative effect good or bad key place, today still has the important realistic significance and the guiding value.
