【摘要】：目的觀察超前干預(yù)配合穴位埋線治療混合痔術(shù)后疼痛的臨床療效。方法將80例患者隨機(jī)分為治療組和對(duì)照組,治療組41人,對(duì)照組39人。對(duì)照組采用復(fù)方亞甲藍(lán)長(zhǎng)效麻醉劑局部浸潤治療;治療組用超前干預(yù)配合穴位埋線法治療。觀察兩組治療術(shù)后第1、2、4、7天患者的疼痛評(píng)分、疼痛持續(xù)時(shí)間評(píng)分及排尿情況評(píng)分。結(jié)果治療組與對(duì)照組的疼痛評(píng)分、疼痛持續(xù)時(shí)間評(píng)分和排尿情況評(píng)分有顯著差異,治療組療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。目結(jié)論超前干預(yù)配合穴位埋線治療能明顯減輕患者術(shù)后的疼痛感,縮短疼痛持續(xù)時(shí)間,改善患者術(shù)后排尿情況。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of advanced intervention combined with acupoint embedding in treating postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 41 patients in the treatment group. 39 patients in the control group were treated with local infiltration of compound methylene blue long-acting anesthetic, and those in the treatment group were treated with advanced intervention combined with catgut embedding at acupoints. The pain scores of patients in both groups on the 1st and 2nd day after operation were observed. Results there were significant differences in pain score, pain duration score and urination score between the treatment group and the control group. Conclusion Advanced intervention combined with acupoint embedding therapy can significantly reduce the postoperative pain, shorten the duration of pain, and improve the urination of the patients after operation, the curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group (P 0.05).
