【摘要】：目的觀察激痛點理論指導下針刀對神經(jīng)根型頸椎病患者麻木、疼痛和睡眠的改善情況。方法將60例神經(jīng)根型頸椎病患者按隨機數(shù)字表法分為針刀組和電針組。每組30人,分別給予激痛點針刀治療和常規(guī)體針加電針治療,采用VAS麻木、疼痛積分和睡眠積分,觀察治療前后不同階段癥狀體征變化。結果針刀組總有效率高于電針組,比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);麻木、疼痛積分上,治療后針刀組積分低于電針組,麻木、疼痛差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);睡眠積分上,治療后電針組積分低于針刀組,睡眠差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論激痛點針刀療法在緩解疼痛、麻木方面優(yōu)于針刺加電針療法;針刺加電針療法在改善睡眠方面效果優(yōu)于激痛點針刀療法。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the improvement of numbness, pain and sleep in patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type guided by the theory of excitatory pain point. Methods 60 patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type were randomly divided into acupuncture knife group and electroacupuncture group. VAS numbness, pain score and sleep score were used to observe the changes of symptoms and signs before and after treatment. Results the total effective rate of acupuncture group was higher than that of electroacupuncture group. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05); the score of numbness and pain in the acupuncture group was lower than that in the electroacupuncture group after treatment, and the difference in numbness and pain was statistically significant, while in the sleep score, the score in the electroacupuncture group was lower than that in the acupuncture group after treatment. Conclusion Acupuncture therapy is better than acupuncture plus electroacupuncture therapy in relieving pain, numbness is better than acupuncture plus electroacupuncture therapy, acupuncture plus electroacupuncture therapy is better than needle-knife therapy in improving sleep.
