【摘要】：目的通過對水溝穴古代文獻(xiàn)的整理,總結(jié)出水溝穴的應(yīng)用規(guī)律。方法以《中華醫(yī)典》(第4版)收錄的1000部書籍為檢索范圍,對水溝穴主治病證、腧穴配伍、配伍主治病證、刺灸方法、刺激量等進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)、規(guī)范整理,建立數(shù)據(jù)庫。結(jié)果總結(jié)出關(guān)于水溝穴主治應(yīng)用條文425條,涉及171部古籍,水溝穴配伍的使用頻次為240次,與水溝穴配伍的腧穴共計(jì)109個(gè)。結(jié)論配伍前10位的穴位為合谷、百會(huì)、足三里、上星、承漿、氣海、頰車、風(fēng)府、中脘、委中。常用的針刺深度為刺4分,常用的灸量為灸3壯。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the application law of Shuigou acupoint by sorting out the ancient documents of Shuigou acupoint. Methods taking 1000 books collected in Chinese Medical Code (4th Edition) as the retrieval scope, the main treatment of disease at Shuigou point, the compatibility of acupoints and the combination of main treatment of disease syndrome were studied. Methods of acupuncture and moxibustion, amount of stimulation were systematized, standardized arrangement and database were established. Results 425 articles about the main application of Shuigou acupoint were summarized, involving 171 ancient books, and the frequency of using Shuigou acupoint compatibility was 240 times. Conclusion Hegu, Baihui, Zusanli, Shangxing, Chengji, Qihai, buccal, Fengfu, Zhongwan and Weizhong are the first 10 acupoints in the combination. Commonly used moxibustion volume for moxibustion 3 Zhuang.
