【摘要】：目的:觀察針灸結(jié)合推拿治療血瘀型腰椎間盤(pán)突出癥的臨床療效。方法:按完全隨機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)的方法,將100例患者分到治療組和對(duì)照組各50例。治療組采用針灸結(jié)合推拿治療,對(duì)照組采用單純推拿治療。治療3個(gè)療程后,將治療結(jié)果經(jīng)SPSS13.0統(tǒng)計(jì)分析后得出結(jié)論。結(jié)果:(1)治療組痊愈率及總有效率分別為64%和82%,而對(duì)照組分別為50%和82%。兩組試驗(yàn)差異非常顯著(P0.01),治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。(2)治療后兩組患者的疼痛、麻木、難受不適癥狀及影響工作生活方面比組內(nèi)治療前都有明顯改善,且都有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。兩組患者治療前后的計(jì)分差值在疼痛、麻木、難受不適癥狀及影響工作生活方面,治療組均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,且兩組相比有顯著性差異(P0.05)。(3)治療后兩組患者的體格檢查、肌力、腱反射、CT及MRI檢查的綜合情況比組內(nèi)治療前都有明顯改善,且都有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。而兩組治療前后差值相比無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:針灸結(jié)合推拿療法和單純推拿療法治療血瘀型腰椎間盤(pán)突出癥均有較好的效果,但針灸結(jié)合推拿療法要優(yōu)于單純推拿療法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with massage on lumbar disc herniation of blood stasis type. Methods: 100 patients were divided into treatment group (n = 50) and control group (n = 50). The control group was treated with simple massage. After 3 courses of treatment, Results the cure rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were 64% and 82, respectively, while that of the control group were 50% and 82.The difference between the two groups was very significant (P 0.01). The treatment group was superior to the control group. Pain in both groups, The symptoms of numbness, discomfort and influence on working life were significantly improved compared with those before treatment in both groups, and there were significant differences in scores before and after treatment between the two groups in terms of pain, numbness, discomfort and influence on working life. The treatment group was superior to the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). After treatment, the comprehensive condition of physical examination, muscle strength, tendon reflex CT and MRI examination in the two groups were obviously improved compared with those before treatment in the two groups. The difference between the two groups before and after treatment was not statistically significant. Conclusion: acupuncture combined with massage therapy and massage therapy alone have better effect in treating blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation, and there is no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment, conclusion: both acupuncture and moxibustion combined with massage therapy have a good effect on the treatment of blood stasis type lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. But acupuncture and moxibustion combined with massage therapy are superior to simple massage therapy.
