【摘要】：腫瘤患者多為身心同病,發(fā)病率與病死率較高,預(yù)后較差,而當(dāng)前針對(duì)身心同調(diào)的治療方法較少。中醫(yī)病名"積聚"涵蓋了當(dāng)今諸多腫瘤性疾病,文章在對(duì)《雜病源流犀燭》所載的積聚癥導(dǎo)引法整理分析的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)對(duì)其原文中與功法操作有關(guān)的術(shù)語(yǔ)加以解析,并結(jié)合積聚的致病特點(diǎn),以舒展經(jīng)絡(luò)之氣、通達(dá)臟腑氣血、改善心理狀態(tài)為目標(biāo),除預(yù)備式外,共整理了3種導(dǎo)引法,分別為舉按轉(zhuǎn)腰法、意念破氣法、叩齒屏息法,并探討其操作機(jī)理,從氣功身心同調(diào)的角度加強(qiáng)對(duì)腫瘤的防治。
[Abstract]:Most of the cancer patients are psychosomatic syndromes, the morbidity and mortality are higher, the prognosis is poor, but there are few methods to treat the body and mind homology at present. The TCM name "accumulation" covers many tumor diseases nowadays. On the basis of the analysis of the Aggregation guidance method contained in the Source and flow of Miscellaneous Diseases, this paper analyzes the terms related to the operation of function in the original text, and combines the pathogenic characteristics of the accumulation in order to expand the qi of the meridians and collaterals. In addition to the preparatory method, three kinds of guiding methods were arranged, namely, the method of lifting the waist, the method of breaking the qi with the idea, the method of beating the teeth and holding breath, and the discussion of its operating mechanism, the aim of which was to reach the blood of the viscera and improve the state of mind. To strengthen the prevention and treatment of tumor from the angle of homology of body and mind of Qigong.
