【摘要】：目的研究陽(yáng)虛質(zhì)人群主觀怕冷與客觀體表溫度的關(guān)系,及其與陽(yáng)氣有關(guān)的主要穴位溫度的變化特點(diǎn)。方法根據(jù)《中醫(yī)體質(zhì)分類與判定》標(biāo)準(zhǔn),將受試者分為陽(yáng)虛質(zhì)組和平和質(zhì)組,對(duì)受試者采用紅外熱像診斷系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行全身共5幅熱像圖采集并記錄61個(gè)區(qū)位的紅外熱值平均值,應(yīng)用紅外線溫度計(jì)對(duì)24個(gè)與陽(yáng)氣相關(guān)的特定穴位進(jìn)行體表溫度測(cè)量,比較陽(yáng)虛質(zhì)與平和質(zhì)兩組間體表溫度和主要穴位溫度差異。結(jié)果陽(yáng)虛質(zhì)組在左/右上臂前、左/右上臂后、右肩前、左/右肩后、左腋窩、右肘窩、左/右足跟、左腳趾部位溫度數(shù)值顯著小于平和質(zhì)組(P0.05),陽(yáng)虛質(zhì)組膻中、中脘、神闕、大椎、左膏肓、右膏肓和腰陽(yáng)關(guān)穴位體表溫度顯著低于平和質(zhì)組(P0.05)。結(jié)論陽(yáng)虛質(zhì)人群有主觀怕冷和局部體表溫度降低的特點(diǎn),并且膻中、中脘、神闕等穴位溫度熱值下降。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the relationship between objective body surface temperature and subjective fear of cold in Yang deficiency group, and the change characteristics of temperature of main acupoints related to yang qi. Methods according to the Standard of Classification and judgment of physical Fitness of traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), The subjects were divided into two groups: the group of Yang deficiency and the group of quality. The subjects were collected and recorded the average infrared caloric value of 61 locations by infrared thermography diagnosis system. Infrared thermometer was used to measure the body surface temperature of 24 specific acupoints associated with yang qi, and to compare the difference of body surface temperature and main acupoint temperature between the two groups. Results the Yang deficiency group was in front of the left / right upper arm and behind the left / right upper arm. In front of right shoulder, left / right shoulder, left armpit, right elbow fossa, left / right heel, temperature value of left toe was significantly lower than that of mild group (P 0.05), Yang deficiency group had lower temperature value of Shanzhong, Zhongwan, Shenque, Dazhui, left ointment, The body surface temperature of right ointment and Yaoyangguan acupoint was significantly lower than that of P0.05N group. Conclusion Yang deficiency group has the characteristics of subjective fear of cold and decrease of local body surface temperature, and the temperature calorific value of points such as Tanzhong, Zhongwan, Shenque, etc.
