【摘要】：目的:觀察針刺結(jié)合刺絡(luò)放血對糖尿病周圍神經(jīng)病的臨床療效,評價此療法的有效性。方法:將60例符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的DPN患者,按照入院先后隨機分為兩組,治療組30例,對照組30例。兩組進(jìn)行相同的基礎(chǔ)治療,治療組針刺配合三棱針井穴刺絡(luò)放血,針刺選穴為:雙側(cè)八邪、丘墟、足臨泣、京骨、八風(fēng)等穴;對照組單純針刺,選穴同治療組。觀察治療前后,DPN患者的中醫(yī)癥候積分和MNSI積分的對比,同時對比治療前后脛神經(jīng)等神經(jīng)傳導(dǎo)速度的數(shù)據(jù)變化,通過對統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)的處理得出結(jié)論。結(jié)果:1.兩組總有效率分別為86.7%和63.3%,治療組優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05);2.兩組癥狀均有緩解,對照組組中醫(yī)癥候積分高于治療組(P0.01);3.MNSI積分均有下降,治療后對照組MNSI積分減少不及治療組(P0.01);4.治療后治療組脛神經(jīng)和腓總神經(jīng)的運動神經(jīng)傳導(dǎo)速度較對照組均有顯著提升(P0.05);5.治療后治療組腓腸神經(jīng)的感覺神經(jīng)傳導(dǎo)速度提升高于對照組(P0.05)結(jié)論:1.針刺結(jié)合刺絡(luò)放血療法治療糖尿病性周圍神經(jīng)病有一定療效。2.針刺結(jié)合刺絡(luò)放血療法比單純針刺效果更佳。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with pricking and bleeding on diabetic peripheral neuropathy and to evaluate the effectiveness of this therapy. Methods: 60 DPN patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into two groups according to the admission order, the treatment group (30 cases), and the control group (30 cases). 30 cases in the control group were treated with the same basic treatment. The acupuncture in the treatment group combined with the acupoints of Sanleng needle to prick the collaterals and bloodletting, the acupuncture points were as follows: bilateral eight evil, Qiu market, foot sobbing, Jing Gu, Bafeng, etc. The control group was treated only with acupuncture, and the patients in the control group were treated only with acupuncture. In the same treatment group, we observed the comparison of TCM symptom score and MNSI score before and after treatment, and compared the data changes of tibial nerve conduction velocity before and after treatment. Results the total effective rates of the two groups were 86.7% and 63.3 respectively, and the treatment group was superior to the control group (P0.05) 2.The symptoms of the two groups were relieved, and the TCM symptom score of the control group was higher than that of the treatment group, and the MNSI score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group. After treatment, the MNSI score of the control group decreased less than that of the treatment group (P 0.01). The motor nerve conduction velocity of tibial nerve and common peroneal nerve in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The sensory nerve conduction velocity of the sural nerve in the treatment group after treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group. ConclusionAcupuncture combined with pricking and bloodletting therapy is effective in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. 2. Acupuncture combined with pricking bloodletting therapy is more effective than simple acupuncture therapy in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
