【摘要】：目的:旨在臨床觀察運用三甲復脈湯治療快速性心律失常陰虛火旺證患者后臨床癥狀的改善及臨床療效評價。試圖探索治療快速性心律失常陰虛火旺證療效確切的中草藥,為中醫(yī)臨床工作者防治心律失常提供切實可行的依據,為進一步開發(fā)利用三甲復脈湯創(chuàng)造有臨床意義的條件。方法:以“滋陰潛陽、養(yǎng)血復脈”立法,使用三甲復脈湯聯合琥珀酸美托洛爾(倍他樂克)對快速性心律失常(中醫(yī)辨證為陰虛火旺型心悸)患者進行系統(tǒng)的臨床治療觀察,并與琥珀酸美托洛爾(倍他樂克)進行對照。結果:1.三甲復脈湯聯合琥珀酸美托洛爾(倍他樂克)治療快速性心律失�？傆行蕿�86.67%,對照組為56.67%,試驗組與對照組比較有顯著性(P0.05)。2.三甲復脈湯聯合琥珀酸美托洛爾(倍他樂克)中醫(yī)癥狀改善總有效率93.3%,對照組40.0%,試驗組與對照組比較有顯著性差異(P0.05)。3.試驗組治療前后比較、試驗組與對照組比較,三甲復脈湯在改善中醫(yī)癥狀和心功能,降低心室率方面都有較好的療效。結論:本研究豐富了中醫(yī)藥治療快速性心律失常(陰虛火旺)的理論內容,肯定了三甲復脈湯的臨床療效。以“滋陰潛陽、養(yǎng)血復脈”立法的中藥制劑治療快速性心律失常陰虛火旺證有良好的療效,且安全可靠,不良反應少,臨床值得進一步研究和推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the clinical application of Sanjia Fumai Decoction in treating rapid arrhythmia to improve the clinical symptoms of hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency syndrome and clinical curative effect evaluation. To explore the treatment of tachyarrhythmia hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency curative effect of Chinese herbal medicine, and to provide a practical basis for prevention and treatment of arrhythmia clinical workers, for the further development and utilization sanjiafumai Tang to create clinically significant conditions. Methods: "Yin and Yang, nourishing blood Fumai" legislation, the use of Sanjia Fumai decoction combined with metoprolol (Betaloc) often lose to the rapid ventricular (TCM yinxuhuowang palpitations) clinical observation of patients and system. With metoprolol (Betaloc) were compared. Results: 1. sanjiafumai decoction combined with metoprolol (Betaloc) for the treatment of rapid arrhythmia total effective rate was 86.67% in the control group 56.67%, the experimental group and the control group was significant (P0.05).2. sanjiafumai decoction combined with succinic acid Mei TORO M (Betaloc) TCM symptoms improve the total efficiency of 93.3%, 40% in the control group, the experimental group and the control group with significant difference (P0.05) before and after.3. treatment in experimental group, group comparison test with the control group, Sanjia Fumai Decoction in improving TCM symptoms and cardiac function, reduce ventricular rate has better curative effect. Conclusion: This study enriches the traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of tachyarrhythmia (Yindeficiency) theory, confirms the clinical efficacy of sanjiafumai Tang. "Yin and Yang. Have a good effect of Yangxue Fumai" legislation of traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating rapid arrhythmia of hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency, and is safe and reliable, less adverse reaction, is worthy of further research and promotion.
