【摘要】：目的:研究血必凈注射液對(duì)膿毒癥的臨床療效以及對(duì)血清炎癥因子水平和血液流變學(xué)的影響,為臨床診療提供依據(jù)。方法:膿毒癥患者60例,根據(jù)數(shù)字表法均分為兩組,觀察組(30例)和對(duì)照組(30例),對(duì)照組患者給予常規(guī)的治療方案,觀察組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上加用血必凈注射液治療,比較兩組患者治療前、治療3 d后的白細(xì)胞水平、體溫等臨床治療效果,以及治療前后血清降鈣素原(PCT)、C反應(yīng)蛋白(CRP)、腫瘤壞死因子α(TNF-α)、白介素6(IL-6)等炎癥因子和平均動(dòng)脈壓(MAP)、中心靜脈壓(CVP)等血液流變學(xué)之間的差異情況。結(jié)果:觀察組患者白細(xì)胞水平(7.8±0.5)×109/L、平均體溫(36.7±0.2)℃,明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組患者治療后的白細(xì)胞水平(13.6±0.5)×109/L、平均體溫(37.8±0.2)℃,兩組差異比較有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;觀察組患者PCT(2.16±0.21)μg/L、CRP(11.3±1.9)μg/L、TNF-α(11.8±2.0)pg/m L、IL-6(52.7±2.7)pg/m L,明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組患者治療后的平均心率PCT(3.24±0.28)μg/L、CRP(17.8±2.0)μg/L、TNF-α(19.6±2.2)pg/m L、IL-6(73.9±2.6)pg/m L,兩組差異比較有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組患者平均心率(99.6±2.3)次/分、平均動(dòng)脈壓(70.8±3.0)mm Hg、中心靜脈壓(6.7±0.2)mm Hg,明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組患者治療后的平均心率(113.6±2.5)次/分、平均動(dòng)脈壓(62.6±2.6)mm Hg、中心靜脈壓(5.8±0.2)mm Hg,兩組差異比較有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:血必凈注射液在膿毒癥患者的應(yīng)用中,具有較好的臨床治療效果,可以明顯降低患者各項(xiàng)炎癥因子水平,改善患者血液流變學(xué)狀態(tài),具有較好的臨床應(yīng)用效果,值得臨床上進(jìn)一步的借鑒和應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the clinical effect of Xuebijing injection on sepsis and its effect on serum inflammatory factor level and hemorheology. Methods: sixty patients with sepsis were divided into two groups according to digital table method. Observation group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The patients in the control group were treated with routine treatment regimen, and the patients in the observation group were treated with Xuebijing injection on the basis of the control group. The leukocyte levels of the two groups were compared before and after treatment for 3 days. Body temperature and other clinical therapeutic effects, Before and after treatment, the differences of inflammatory factors, such as serum procalcitonin (PCT) C-reactive protein (CRP), tumor necrosis factor 偽 (TNF- 偽), interleukin-6 (IL-6), and mean arterial pressure (MAPP), central venous pressure (CVP), were compared.
