【摘要】：目的本課題觀察耳穴壓籽結(jié)合針刺治療脾虛濕阻型代謝綜合征的臨床療效,以及對(duì)其血脂、血糖、血壓的影響,為治療代謝綜合征提供有效的治療方法。方法選取脾虛濕阻型代謝綜合征患者60例為研究對(duì)象。隨機(jī)分為治療組(耳穴壓籽結(jié)合針刺組)與對(duì)照組(針刺組),每組30例。針刺1次/日,周一到周六治療,周日休息,耳穴壓籽隔日一次。每14天為一個(gè)療程。共治療兩個(gè)療程。療效指標(biāo)觀察包括體重、體重指數(shù)(BMI)、腰圍、血壓、空腹血糖、血脂。結(jié)果應(yīng)用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果1、兩組均可有效改善脾虛濕阻型代謝綜合征患者的臨床癥狀,兩組間愈顯率比較具有顯著差異(P0.01),提示治療組療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。2、兩組體重較治療前對(duì)比均有降低,但無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),治療組體重指數(shù)較治療前對(duì)比降低(P0.05),對(duì)照組較治療前對(duì)比無(wú)差異(P0.05),治療后兩組間對(duì)比無(wú)差異(P0.05)。3、兩組腰圍較治療前對(duì)比明顯減小(P0.01)。治療后體重、體重指數(shù)和腰圍兩組間比較無(wú)明顯差異(P0.05)。4、兩組治療后血壓均較治療前對(duì)比明顯好轉(zhuǎn)(P0.05)。5、兩組血糖和甘油三酯較治療前對(duì)比均有明顯降低(P0.01)。治療組高密度脂蛋白較治療前對(duì)比有改善(P0.05)。治療組對(duì)空腹血糖、甘油三酯和高密度脂蛋的影響優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論1、耳穴壓籽結(jié)合針刺和普通針刺對(duì)脾虛濕阻型代謝綜合征療效明確,均可有效改善患者體重、體重指數(shù)、腰圍。2、耳穴壓籽結(jié)合針刺和普通針刺均可有效改善脾虛濕阻型代謝綜合征患者血壓、血脂、空腹血糖。兩組血壓、血脂、空腹血糖對(duì)比對(duì)比,耳穴壓籽結(jié)合針刺優(yōu)于普通針刺。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of auricular acupoint pressing seed combined with acupuncture on the metabolic syndrome of spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction, and the effects on blood lipid, blood glucose and blood pressure. In order to provide an effective treatment method for metabolic syndrome, 60 cases of metabolic syndrome with spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction were randomly divided into treatment group (auricular acupoint pressing seed combined with acupuncture group) and control group (acupuncture group, every one). Group A (n = 30). Acupuncture once a day. Monday to Saturday treatment, Sunday rest, ear acupoint seed pressing every other day. Every 14 days as a course of treatment. Two courses of treatment. The therapeutic effects include body weight, body mass index (BMI), waist circumference, blood pressure, fasting blood glucose. Results 1. Both groups could effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the metabolic syndrome of spleen deficiency and dampness resistance. There was significant difference between the two groups (P 0.01), indicating that the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and the body weight of the two groups was lower than that of the control group. However, there was no significant difference between the two groups. The body mass index of the treatment group was lower than that of the pre-treatment group, the control group had no difference compared with the control group before and after treatment, and there was no difference between the two groups after treatment. The waist circumference of the two groups was significantly lower than that of the pre-treatment group. There was no significant difference in body mass index (BMI) and waist circumference between the two groups (P 0.05. 4). The blood pressure of the two groups was significantly improved after treatment than that before treatment. The blood glucose and triglyceride levels in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment. Before treatment, there was improvement of P0.050.The treatment group had better effect on fasting blood glucose. The effects of triglyceride and high-density fat egg were better than that of control group (P 0.050.Conclusion 1) the effect of Auricular Point pressing seed combined with Acupuncture and General Acupuncture on spleen deficiency and dampness blocking Metabolic Syndrome can effectively improve the body weight and body mass index of the patients. The blood pressure, blood lipids and fasting blood glucose in patients with syndrome of dampness obstruction due to spleen deficiency can be effectively improved by Auricular acupoint seed pressing combined with Acupuncture and General Acupuncture. The comparison of blood pressure, blood lipid and fasting blood glucose between the two groups is better than that of common acupuncture.
