【摘要】：目的:探討地黃除濕湯治療慢性濕疹(陰虛濕熱證)的臨床療效方法:本次課題共選取黑龍江中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬第二醫(yī)院皮膚科門診符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的60例患者,分為兩組,即治療組30例,給予中藥湯劑(地黃除濕湯)口服治療,一付藥煎成兩袋,150ml/袋,早晚各一袋,分別于早飯后和晚飯后服用;對照組30例,給予鹽酸依匹斯汀膠囊(商品名:凱萊止,由重慶藥友制藥有限責(zé)任公司生產(chǎn),國藥準(zhǔn)字:H20130054)睡前一�？诜委�。4周為一個療程,在第二周和第四周分別對結(jié)果進行比較。結(jié)果:一個療程治療后,治療組和對照組的療效均有不同程度改善。1.經(jīng)臨床療效觀察,治療組總有效率為86.67%,對照組總有效率為73.33%,治療組與對照組比較均有顯著性差異,P0.05。2.兩組受試者治療后其EASI評分、瘙癢程度評分、皮損面積評分及總癥狀積分均明顯下降,通過統(tǒng)計學(xué)檢驗,兩組患者治療效果的差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:1.地黃除濕湯治療濕疹(陰虛濕熱證),療效優(yōu)于鹽酸依匹斯汀膠囊。2.地黃除濕湯是治療濕疹(陰虛濕熱證)的有效方藥。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the clinical curative effect of Dihuang dehumidification decoction on chronic eczema (Yin deficiency and dampness heat syndrome): 60 patients in the dermatology department of the second affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into two groups. That is, 30 cases in the treatment group were given oral treatment with traditional Chinese medicine decoction (Dihuang dehumidification decoction), and one drug was fried into two bags of 150 ml / bag, one bag in the morning and evening, after breakfast and after supper, respectively, and 30 cases in the control group, Episteen Hydrochloride capsule (trade name: Kelai Zhi, produced by Chongqing Yaoyou Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) was given an oral capsule of Episteine Hydrochloride before going to bed for 4 weeks as a course of treatment. The results were compared in the second week and the fourth week. Results: after one course of treatment, the curative effect of the treatment group and the control group were improved to some extent. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67 and the total effective rate of the control group was 73.33. There were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group (P 0.05.2). After treatment, the EASI score, the pruritus score, the skin lesion area score and the total symptom score of the two groups were significantly decreased. Through statistical tests, Conclusion: Rehuang dehumidification decoction is an effective prescription for treating eczema (Yin deficiency and dampness heat syndrome), the curative effect is better than that of Episteine Hydrochloride capsule .2.Rehmannia dehumidification decoction is an effective prescription for treating eczema (Yin deficiency dampness heat syndrome).
