【摘要】：目的:觀察比較傳統(tǒng)針刺及其加用腹針對(duì)缺血性卒中致假性球麻痹的療效及其對(duì)腦干聽(tīng)覺(jué)誘發(fā)電位(BAEP)的影響。方法:腹針組給予傳統(tǒng)針刺加腹針治療,對(duì)照組給予傳統(tǒng)針刺治療,分別于治療前和治療4周后通過(guò)洼田吞咽功能評(píng)價(jià)、改良Frenchay構(gòu)音障礙評(píng)價(jià)以及BAEP測(cè)定并觀察比較2組療效。結(jié)果:腹針組吞咽能力、構(gòu)音障礙改善均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,腹針組Ⅲ、Ⅴ波潛伏期及Ⅰ-Ⅲ、Ⅲ-Ⅴ峰間潛伏期較對(duì)照組縮短。結(jié)論:傳統(tǒng)針刺加用腹針后能夠更好地改善吞咽和構(gòu)音障礙,并能夠顯著縮短缺血性卒中致假性球麻痹患者BAEP的主波潛伏期。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe and compare the effect of traditional acupuncture and abdominal plus abdomen on pseudobulbar palsy caused by ischemic stroke and its effect on brainstem auditory evoked potentials (BAEPs). Methods: the abdominal acupuncture group was treated with traditional acupuncture plus abdominal acupuncture. The control group was treated with traditional acupuncture. The swallowing function of depressions, modified Frenchay dysarthria and BAEP were evaluated before and 4 weeks after treatment.
