【摘要】：中華民族有著引以為豪的歷史和文明,并且為世界的昌明和進(jìn)步做出過巨大的貢獻(xiàn),歷史上雖歷經(jīng)無數(shù)次戰(zhàn)亂、饑荒、疫病和巨大的自然災(zāi)害,中華民族仍得以不斷繁衍壯大,是因為中國傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)藥發(fā)揮了不可磨滅的歷史作用。而以實踐經(jīng)驗為主題、以整體治療為特征的維吾爾醫(yī)學(xué),也成為祖國醫(yī)學(xué)寶庫中的一份珍貴遺產(chǎn)。維吾爾醫(yī)藥學(xué),是一門歷史悠久,古老而簡樸的民族醫(yī)藥學(xué),它凝聚了古代維吾爾族先民智慧的結(jié)晶,具有鮮明的地域特色與民族特色。在歷史的長河中,它為了邊疆少數(shù)民族的醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生事業(yè)作出了巨大的貢獻(xiàn)。同時,它通過西域這塊東西方紐帶的地理優(yōu)勢,也為東西方醫(yī)藥學(xué)的發(fā)展起到了積極的促進(jìn)作用。作為國家級非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)的維吾爾醫(yī)藥不僅具有突出的歷史價值,同時還具有文化、科學(xué)等重要價值。隨著社會的進(jìn)步,人們對于維吾爾醫(yī)藥的需求不再僅僅局限于其治病救人的功能,為了滿足更多消費者的需求,也為了更好的促進(jìn)維吾爾醫(yī)藥的發(fā)展,亟需一個科學(xué)合理的評價體系來對維吾爾醫(yī)藥文化諸多的價值進(jìn)行合理的評價,從而更深入的挖掘其價值,進(jìn)而促進(jìn)維吾爾醫(yī)藥的全面發(fā)展。鑒于此,本文運用層次分析法和德爾菲法,借鑒了經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和社會學(xué)的相關(guān)理論,對維吾爾醫(yī)藥文化的價值做了詳細(xì)的論述:第一,參照其它學(xué)者對非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)的指標(biāo),并結(jié)合維吾爾醫(yī)藥自身的特點進(jìn)行指標(biāo)的修改,最終構(gòu)建了維吾爾醫(yī)藥文化價值的評價體系,其中包括了6個準(zhǔn)則層和26個指標(biāo)層。第二,通過價值評價體系得出,在維吾爾醫(yī)藥眾多的價值當(dāng)中,經(jīng)濟(jì)價值所占的比重最大,其社會價值和生態(tài)價值緊隨其后。說明人們最看重的是其經(jīng)濟(jì)價值,而維吾爾醫(yī)藥創(chuàng)造的經(jīng)濟(jì)價值基本來源于其本身治病救人的功能,即藥用價值創(chuàng)造的直接經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,由此可以看出維吾爾醫(yī)藥本身的藥用功能在人們心中的地位是比較突出的。而在經(jīng)濟(jì)價值所有的指標(biāo)中,“開發(fā)利用的多樣性”的占比最低,這體現(xiàn)了人們在發(fā)展維吾爾醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)化的觀念上還存在一定的保守思想,認(rèn)為只要能充分發(fā)揮其藥用價值就可以不用太在乎開發(fā)利用的多樣性,這在一定程度上不利于維吾爾醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)化的全面發(fā)展。第三,根據(jù)文化資本理論,提出將維吾爾醫(yī)藥文化向文化資本進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)化。將維吾爾醫(yī)藥的歷史、科學(xué)、社會等價值通過市場機(jī)制的運轉(zhuǎn)來實現(xiàn)其各個價值的積累、凝聚和升華,使各個價值匯聚在一起達(dá)到一種質(zhì)變,最終形成文化資本,并對維吾爾醫(yī)藥文化遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)、開發(fā)、創(chuàng)新以及相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展起到了積極地促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:The Chinese nation is proud of its history and civilization, and has made great contributions to the prosperity and progress of the world. Despite numerous wars, famine, epidemic diseases and huge natural disasters in history, the Chinese nation has been able to continue to multiply and grow. It is because Chinese traditional medicine has played an indelible historical role. And Uygur medicine, with the theme of practical experience and characterized by holistic treatment, has also become a precious heritage in the medical treasure house of the motherland. Uighur medicine and pharmacy, Is a long history, ancient and simple national medicine, it condensed the ancient Uygur ancestors wisdom crystallization, with distinct regional characteristics and national characteristics. It has made great contributions to the medical and health services of the frontier ethnic minorities. At the same time, it has made great contributions through the geographical advantages of the western region, which is a link between the East and the West. Uyghur medicine, as a national intangible cultural heritage, not only has outstanding historical value, but also has important values such as culture, science, etc. With the progress of society, People's demand for Uygur medicine is no longer limited to its function of curing and rescuing people. In order to meet the needs of more consumers and to better promote the development of Uygur medicine, It is urgent to have a scientific and reasonable evaluation system to evaluate the value of Uygur medicine culture so as to dig its value more deeply and promote the overall development of Uygur medicine. Based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and Delphi method, this paper makes a detailed exposition on the value of Uygur medical culture by referring to the relevant theories of economics and sociology: first, referring to the index of intangible cultural heritage of other scholars, Combining with the characteristics of Uygur medicine, the evaluation system of cultural value of Uygur medicine is constructed, which includes 6 criterion layers and 26 index levels. Second, through the value evaluation system, Among the numerous values of Uygur medicine, the economic value accounts for the largest proportion, followed by its social value and ecological value. The economic value created by Uygur medicine basically comes from its function of curing diseases and saving people, that is, the direct economic benefits of medical value creation. From this, we can see that Uygur medicine itself has a prominent position in people's minds. Of all the indicators of economic value, the "diversity of development and utilization" is the lowest. This reflects that people still have some conservative ideas on the idea of developing Uygur medicine industrialization. They think that as long as they can give full play to their medicinal value, they can not care too much about the diversity of development and utilization. To a certain extent, this is not conducive to the overall development of Uygur medicine industrialization. Thirdly, according to the theory of cultural capital, it is proposed to transform Uygur medicine culture into cultural capital. Social and other values are accumulated, condensed and sublimated through the operation of the market mechanism, so that the various values converge together to achieve a qualitative change, and ultimately form cultural capital, and protect and develop the Uygur medical and cultural heritage. Innovation and the development of related industries have played a positive role in promoting.
