【摘要】：田淑霄教授是河北省十二大名中醫(yī)之一,國家第三四五批老中醫(yī)藥專家學(xué)術(shù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)指導(dǎo)導(dǎo)師,臨床擅長治療婦科疾病,在治療上衷中參西,形成了獨(dú)特的治療思路及用藥特點(diǎn)。子宮內(nèi)膜增生約50%發(fā)生在圍絕經(jīng)期,圍絕經(jīng)期單純性子宮內(nèi)膜增生臨床表現(xiàn)為月經(jīng)血量增大或月經(jīng)來潮后持續(xù)不斷,從臨床表現(xiàn)來看該病屬于中醫(yī)崩漏范疇。根據(jù)本病的發(fā)生是由于子宮內(nèi)膜的增生,增生在中醫(yī)屬于積聚或ve瘕,所以認(rèn)為本病除歸屬崩漏范疇外,還應(yīng)歸屬于ve瘕范疇,治療應(yīng)止崩漏同時(shí)兼顧軟堅(jiān)散結(jié)消ve瘕。故對田淑霄教授采用升提元?dú)庵贡缆�、軟�?jiān)散結(jié)消ve瘕、調(diào)補(bǔ)陰陽調(diào)體質(zhì)等方法綜合治療圍絕經(jīng)期單純性子宮內(nèi)膜增生的獨(dú)特思路及用藥特點(diǎn)等加以整理、歸納,以期為臨床用藥提供參考。
[Abstract]:Professor Tian Shuxiao is one of the 12 largest traditional Chinese medicine practitioners in Hebei Province. The 345 batch of old Chinese medicine specialists in the country have academic experience and tutors. They are good at treating gynecological diseases and are very good at treating gynecological diseases. About 50% cases of endometrial hyperplasia occur in the peri-menopausal period, and the clinical manifestations of simple endometrial hyperplasia in the peri-menopausal period are the increase of menstrual blood volume or the persistence of menstrual onset. According to the clinical manifestation, the disease belongs to the category of insipidus of TCM. According to the fact that the disease is caused by the hyperplasia of endometrium and the hyperplasia of TCM belongs to accumulation or ve mass, it is considered that the disease should belong to the category of ve mass besides the category of insipidus. Therefore, Professor Tian Shu-xiao was treated by raising her strength to stop the collapse, soft and uniting to eliminate the mass of ve, so Professor Tian Shu-xiao took advantage of raising his strength to stop the collapse. In order to provide reference for clinical use of drugs, the unique thinking and medication characteristics of treating peri-menopausal simple endometrial hyperplasia by regulating Yin and Yang and physique were summarized and summarized.
