【摘要】：目的:采用關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則分析三叉神經(jīng)痛中藥治療規(guī)律,拓展中醫(yī)治療三叉神經(jīng)痛的用藥思路。方法:收集近十五年(2001年-2015年)期刊發(fā)表的中醫(yī)藥治療三叉神經(jīng)痛的文獻(xiàn),根據(jù)納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)篩選文獻(xiàn),并整理其中藥物,用SPSS統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件建立三叉神經(jīng)痛方數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行頻數(shù)分析,運(yùn)用SPSS Clementine 12.0軟件分析方劑中各藥物之間的關(guān)聯(lián)程度、藥物組成及配伍規(guī)律。結(jié)果:共搜集方劑155首,涉及中藥161味,經(jīng)頻數(shù)分析得出中藥總頻數(shù)1637次。使用不低于10次的藥物39味,共1302次,占總頻數(shù)的79.54%。以川芎使用頻數(shù)最多,為106次,其次是甘草、全蝎、白芷、白芍;其中又以解表藥頻次最高,共413次,占總頻數(shù)的25.23%,其次為平肝息風(fēng)藥、補(bǔ)虛藥等。經(jīng)關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則算法分析得到藥物間有意義的關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則303條,以川芎所含規(guī)則數(shù)最多,共184條,占總規(guī)則的60.73%。置信度達(dá)100%的規(guī)則10條,10條均包含川芎。結(jié)論:治療三叉神經(jīng)痛以解表藥及平肝息風(fēng)藥為主,并常與補(bǔ)虛藥、活血化瘀藥、清熱藥、化痰止咳平喘藥、利水滲濕藥等配伍運(yùn)用。川芎是治療三叉神經(jīng)痛的首選藥物。運(yùn)用關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則研究方藥配伍規(guī)律有效可行。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the law of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of trigeminal neuralgia by using association rules, and to expand the thinking of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia. Methods: the literature on the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia published in the recent fifteen years (2001 to 2015) was collected. According to the standard literature, the drugs were sorted out, and the frequency of trigeminal neuralgia formula database was established by SPSS software. The correlation degree of each drug in the prescription was analyzed by SPSS Clementine 12.0 software. Results: a total of 155 prescriptions were collected, involving 161 kinds of Chinese medicines. The total frequency of traditional Chinese medicine was 1 637 times by frequency analysis. 39 kinds of drugs were used for not less than 10 times (1302 times), accounting for 79.54% of the total frequency. The use frequency of Chuanxiong Rhizoma Chuanxiong was the most. 106 times, followed by liquorice, scorpion, angelica dahurica, paeoniae aleoniae, among them, the antitabular drug frequency was the highest (413 times), accounting for 25.23 times of the total frequency, followed by calming the liver and relieving wind medicine. Through the analysis of association rules algorithm, 303 meaningful association rules were obtained, of which Chuanxiong had the largest number of rules, altogether 184, The 10 rules with confidence of 100% all contain Chuanxiong. Conclusion: the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia is mainly composed of antiphlegm and calming the liver and relieving wind, and often with tonifying drugs, promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, clearing away heat, eliminating phlegm and relieving cough and asthma. Chuanxiong is the first choice in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia.
