【摘要】：目的:觀察撳針配合中藥治療變應性鼻炎(鼻鼽-肺脾氣虛型)的臨床療效。方法:搜集2016年1月至12月期間,在黑龍江中醫(yī)藥大學附屬第一醫(yī)院門診耳鼻喉科就診的變應性鼻炎(鼻鼽-肺脾氣虛型)患者60例。隨機分為觀察組和對照組,每組30例。觀察組用撳針配合中藥(鼻炎1號)治療,對照組單純用中藥(鼻炎1號)治療。以10天為1個療程,觀察時間為2個療程。結果:1.觀察組總有效率為93.33%,對照組總有效率為86.67%。經統(tǒng)計學Ridit分析,P0.05,兩組總有效率無顯著性差異,說明治療后觀察組與對照組療效相當。2.觀察組治療前后癥狀、體征積分經t檢驗P0.05,有顯著性差異,即撳針配合中藥在改善癥狀、體征方面療效顯著。3.對照組治療前后癥狀、體征積分經t檢驗P0.05,有顯著性差異,即中藥在改善癥狀、體征方面療效顯著。4.治療后兩組組間,食少納呆、氣短懶言的積分,經t檢驗P0.05,有顯著性差異,說明觀察組在這兩項癥狀上的療效優(yōu)于對照組。其余癥狀、體征前后積分,經t檢驗P0.05,無顯著性差異,即兩組在其他癥狀及體征的療效上效果相當。結論:撳針配合中藥治療變應性鼻炎(鼻鼽-肺脾氣虛型),在改善主癥及體征方面與單純中藥的療效相當,但在次癥食少納呆、氣短懶言的療效上優(yōu)于單純中藥。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of pressing acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis (rhinitis-deficiency of lung and spleen qi). Sixty patients with allergic rhinitis (rhinitis, lung and spleen qi deficiency) in the Otolaryngology Department of the first affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into observation group and control group. 30 cases in each group were treated with press acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine (rhinitis No. 1) in the observation group, while the control group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine (rhinitis 1) only with 10 days as a course of treatment. Results the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.333.The total effective rate of the control group was 86.67.The total effective rate of the two groups was not significantly different by Ridit analysis (P 0.05). The results showed that the curative effect of observation group and control group was equal to that of control group. Before and after treatment, the scores of symptoms and signs of observation group were significantly different by t test (P0.05), that is to say, the effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine was significant in improving symptoms and signs, and the symptoms of control group were significant before and after treatment. The score of physical sign was significantly different by t test (P0.05), that is, the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine on improving symptoms and signs was significant. 4. After treatment, the scores of two groups were significantly different between the two groups in terms of food intake, shortness of breath and lazy speech, and after t test P0.05, there was a significant difference between the two groups. The results showed that the curative effect of the observation group on these two symptoms was better than that of the control group. There was no significant difference in the scores of other symptoms and signs before and after the t test (P0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of allergic rhinitis (rhinitis, lung and spleen qi deficiency) by pressing acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine has the same effect as that of traditional Chinese medicine in improving the main symptoms and signs, but it is less effective in the treatment of chronic rhinitis. The curative effect of Qi-short and lazy speech is better than that of traditional Chinese medicine alone.
