菟絲二仙湯對腎陽虛型弱精子癥患者精子活力及精漿MDA和SOD的影響

【摘要】:目的:探討菟絲二仙湯治療腎陽虛型弱精子癥的療效及相關機制。方法:180例腎陽虛型弱精子癥患者隨機分為菟絲二仙湯組、右歸丸組、西藥組(輔酶Q10膠囊、維生素E、維生素C),每組60例,分別治療3個月。比較各組治療前后精液參數(shù),檢測精漿丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)變化,比較臨床療效。結果:菟絲二仙湯組在改善a級精子、精子活力、精子活率明顯優(yōu)于右歸丸以及西藥組(P0.01),同時其能顯著降低精漿MDA濃度,提高精漿SOD水平(P0.01);組間臨床療效比較,菟絲二仙湯對腎陽虛型弱精子癥療效明顯優(yōu)于右歸丸組與西藥組(P0.05)。結論:菟絲二仙湯可以明顯提高腎陽虛型弱精子癥患者的精液質(zhì)量,增強精子的抗氧化作用可能是其治療弱精子癥的機制之一。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the therapeutic effect and related mechanism of dodder Erxian decoction in treating asthenospermia of kidney-yang deficiency type. Methods: 180 cases of asthenospermia of kidney-yang deficiency type were randomly divided into Cuscuta-Erxian decoction group, Yougui Pill group and Western medicine group (CoQ10 capsule). Vitamin E and vitamin C in each group of 60 cases were treated for 3 months respectively. The semen parameters were compared before and after treatment and the changes of plasma malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were detected. Results: the semen motility and sperm motility of Cuscutae Erxian decoction group were significantly better than those of Yougui pill group and western medicine group (P 0.01). At the same time, it could significantly reduce the concentration of seminal plasma MDA and increase the level of seminal plasma SOD. The curative effect of Cuscuta Erxian decoction on asthenospermia of kidney-yang deficiency type was better than that of Yougui pill group and western medicine group P0.05.Conclusion: Cuscutae Erxian decoction can obviously improve the semen quality of asthenospermia of kidney-yang deficiency type. Enhancing the antioxidation of spermatozoa may be one of its mechanisms in the treatment of asthenospermia.
