【摘要】：當今社會人的“嗜欲”日益增加,“嗜欲”過度帶來的問題在我們所不知的情況下慢慢威脅著人體的生命健康。而有關(guān)“嗜欲”的內(nèi)容以及“嗜欲”過度的影響,只是更多的在“養(yǎng)生方面”提及,少有對其在生理病理以及臨床方面的探討與注重,所以易被醫(yī)護人員忽視的同時也未能獲得大眾人群的重視,從而輕視“適嗜欲”具有的養(yǎng)生意義�！饵S帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》等先秦著作對人的“嗜欲”在養(yǎng)生、臨床等方面都有一定的認識,但還未進行系統(tǒng)的梳理,這種理論框架的不完善,也使得其在臨床運用方面有所忽視,因此不能很好的服務(wù)于大眾。所以梳理《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》有關(guān)“嗜欲”的相關(guān)論述,并對其進行系統(tǒng)研究,既具有理論意義,又具有臨床價值。本文主要采用文獻研究與理論探討相結(jié)合的研究方法,淺略探討《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》相關(guān)“嗜欲”的基礎(chǔ)理論框架,從“嗜欲”的概念、形成因素、發(fā)生過程進行論述;并進一步探討“嗜欲”過度的危害、導致的病證以及致病特點等,明確了“嗜欲”過度為致病因素。提出干預(yù)“嗜欲”過度危害的方法,總結(jié)“嗜欲”理論在養(yǎng)生、診斷、治療等方面具有的意義。
[Abstract]:In today's society, with the increasing number of people's desire, the problems caused by the excess of "desire" are slowly threatening the life and health of the human body when we do not know it, and the content of "desire" and the excessive influence of "desire" are gradually threatening the life and health of the human body. It is only more often mentioned in the aspect of "health preservation", but it is seldom discussed and paid attention to in physiology, pathology and clinical aspects, so it is easy to be ignored by medical staff, and at the same time, it has not been taken seriously by the general public. Therefore, it belittles the health significance of "suitable desire". The books of the Pre-Qin Dynasty, such as the Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic, have certain understanding of human's "desire" in the aspects of health preservation and clinical practice, but it has not been systematically combed out, and this theoretical framework is not perfect. It also makes it neglected in clinical application, so it can not serve the public very well. Therefore, it is of theoretical significance to comb the relevant exposition of the Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic about "desire" and to make a systematic study on it. It is also of clinical value. This article mainly adopts the research method of combining literature research with theoretical discussion, discusses the basic theoretical framework of the relevant "desire" in "Huangdi Nei Jing", and discusses the forming factors from the concept of "desire". The process of occurrence is discussed, and the harm, syndrome and characteristics of excessive eosinophilia are discussed, and the method of intervention is put forward. Summarize the significance of the theory in health care, diagnosis, treatment and so on.
