【摘要】：目的:本課題為中醫(yī)學經(jīng)典方劑大柴胡湯加味治療慢性膽囊炎(肝膽實熱證)的臨床研究。通過本研究欲評價大柴胡湯加味治療慢性膽囊炎(肝膽實熱證)的藥理活性及治療效果,借此也進一步探究中醫(yī)方劑治病的機制和療效,體現(xiàn)中國古代醫(yī)學的科學性和優(yōu)勢所在,對我國中醫(yī)藥理研究和發(fā)展具有促進和借鑒作用。方法:本研究患者均來自長春中醫(yī)藥大學肝膽脾胃病科門診,并符合納入標準的60例經(jīng)慢性膽囊炎(肝膽實熱證)作為研究對象,采用了隨機對照分組法,對所有病人做了合理分組處理,分別為30例治療組和30例對照組。治療組給予大柴胡湯加味中藥湯劑,對照組給予廣州白云山中一藥業(yè)有限公司的膽康片(國藥準字Z44022447)。給藥方面,治療組和對照組均經(jīng)過4周連續(xù)給藥,這期間對患者的所有癥狀表現(xiàn)都做了嚴格科學的記錄,包括了患者常規(guī)生理參數(shù)、疾病相關癥狀變化及腹部彩超的變化,最后采用統(tǒng)計學方法對結(jié)果進行了分析,給出結(jié)論。結(jié)果:本實驗經(jīng)過合理的設計,選取60位研究對象并均分成治療組和對照組兩組進行實驗。最后得出:治療組30例所有患者都有效,總有效率為100%,且其中14位患者表現(xiàn)為明顯的癥狀改善,對照組30例患者有效25例,無效5例,總有效率為83.3%。觀察主要臨床癥狀的改善情況,治療組治療前總積分平均值為12.68±1.47,治療后為4.08.±0.99;而對照組在治療前后這兩個參數(shù)分別為12.96±1.65和7.98±1.45。進而,綜合分析治療有效率、癥狀積分及其他測量參數(shù),采用統(tǒng)計學差異顯著性分析方法進行評價,得出治療組的個項指標與對照組相比都有顯著的差異(P0.05),統(tǒng)計學意義顯著。由此得出,采用大柴胡湯加味治療本病療效優(yōu)于膽康片。結(jié)論:大柴胡湯加味治療慢性膽囊炎(肝膽實熱證),可明顯緩解癥狀。
[Abstract]:Objective: this research for TCM classical prescription of Dachaihu Decoction Treatment of chronic cholecystitis (liver heat syndrome) clinical research. Through this study to evaluate the Dachaihu Decoction Treatment of chronic cholecystitis (liver heat syndrome) the pharmacological activity and therapeutic effect, and also to further explore the mechanism and effect of treatment of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions, reflect China ancient medical science and has the advantage, promotion and reference for the research and development of Chinese medicine pharmacology. Methods: This study patients from the Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of liver and spleen clinic, and in accordance with the inclusion criteria of 60 cases with chronic cholecystitis (liver heat syndrome) as the research object, using a randomized grouping method. All patients had made reasonable packet processing, 30 cases were in treatment group and 30 cases in control group. The treatment group was given Dachaihu Decoction of Chinese medicine decoction, the control group was given the Guangzhou Baiyun Mountain A pharmaceutical company of Qindankechuankang tablets (Zhunzi Z44022447). For the medicine, the treatment group and the control group after 4 weeks of continuous administration, this period has done a rigorous scientific record of all symptoms of patients, including patients with normal physiological parameters, change of disease related symptoms and changes of abdomen color Doppler ultrasound, the results were analyzed by statistical method, the conclusion is given. Results: through this experiment, reasonable design, selection of the 60 subjects were divided into treatment group and control group two groups. The treatment group of 30 cases of all patients were effective, the total effective rate was 100%, and the 14 patients showed obvious improvement of symptoms, 30 patients in the control group 25 cases effective, 5 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 83.3%. to observe the improvement of main clinical symptoms, the treatment group total score before treatment with an average of 12.68 + 1.47, 4.08. + 0.99 after treatment ; while the control group before and after treatment of the two parameters were 12.96 + 1.65 and 7.98 + 1.45. and comprehensive analysis of the efficiency of treatment, symptoms and other parameters were analyzed by statistical significant difference analysis method, the indexes obtained in the treatment group compared with the control group had significant difference (P0.05), statistically significant. Thus, the Dachaihu Decoction in the treatment of this disease curative effect is better than that of Qindankechuankang tablets. Conclusion: Dachaihu Decoction Treatment of chronic cholecystitis (liver heat syndrome), can significantly relieve the symptoms.
