【摘要】：1.目的本篇論文主要研究亞急性甲狀腺炎,試圖探討病-證-方-藥之間的關(guān)系,為臨床診療及實(shí)驗(yàn)研究提供依據(jù)。2.方法本研究通過對1980.01--2015.12年發(fā)表在期刊文獻(xiàn)上的關(guān)于亞急性甲狀腺炎的證型、方藥進(jìn)行全面深入的搜集與整理,應(yīng)用中醫(yī)傳承輔助系統(tǒng)v2.5軟件,建立亞急性甲狀腺炎證型方藥數(shù)據(jù)庫,借助數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù),運(yùn)用聚類分析及關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則等,統(tǒng)計(jì)證型,深入分析藥物數(shù)據(jù),總結(jié)亞急性甲狀腺炎的主要證型分布,對應(yīng)的方藥,分析用藥規(guī)律。3.結(jié)果規(guī)范亞急性甲狀腺炎為6種證型:外感風(fēng)熱型、肝郁蘊(yùn)熱型、熱毒壅盛型、脾腎陽虛型、陰虛內(nèi)熱型、痰瘀互結(jié)型�？偨Y(jié)了本病的高頻用藥及常用藥、不同功效的藥物使用、各證型的高頻用藥及各證型對應(yīng)的適用方劑,舉例分析了一些新處方。4.結(jié)論得出亞急性甲狀腺炎的疾病、證型、方劑與用藥的聯(lián)系,與臨床癥狀、病因、病機(jī)相契合,對本病的中醫(yī)臨床治療和實(shí)驗(yàn)研究有一定參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective 1. To study subacute thyroiditis in order to explore the relationship between disease, syndrome, prescription and medicine. Methods by collecting and sorting out the syndromes of subacute thyroiditis published in the journal literature from 1980.01-2015.12, and applying the software v2.5 of the Chinese Medicine inheritance Assistant system, we can provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment and experimental research. To establish the database of subacute thyroiditis syndrome type prescription, with the help of data mining technology, using cluster analysis and association rules, etc., statistics of syndrome type, in-depth analysis of drug data, summed up the distribution of subacute thyroiditis main syndromes, the corresponding prescription, Results there were six types of subacute thyroiditis: exogenous wind-heat type, liver depression type, heat accumulation type, spleen and kidney yang deficiency type, yin deficiency internal heat type, phlegm and blood stasis type. The use of drugs with different efficacy, the high frequency medication of each syndrome type and the applicable prescriptions corresponding to each syndrome type are analyzed with examples. 4. Conclusion the disease, syndrome type, prescription and drug use of subacute thyroiditis are related to the clinical symptoms, etiology, clinical symptoms, and etiology of subacute thyroiditis. It has some reference value for the clinical treatment and experimental study of this disease.
