藏藥寬筋藤極性部位的化學(xué)成分研究

【摘要】:目的:研究藏藥寬筋藤極性部位的化學(xué)成分。方法:采用硅膠柱層析、半制備液相色譜和Sephadex LH-20色譜,重結(jié)晶等方法進行分離純化,運用波譜數(shù)據(jù)并結(jié)合文獻鑒定化學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)果:從藏藥寬筋藤中分離得到12個化合物,分別鑒定為:寬筋藤苷A(1)、寬筋藤苷B(2)、Cyclo(D-Tyr-D-Tyr)(3)、反式丁香苷(4)、tinoscorside D(5)、turpinionoside A(6)、3,4-dimethoxyphenyl-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(7)、3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(8)、lcariside F2(9)、順式丁香苷(10)、corchoionoside C(11)、松脂素(12)。結(jié)論:其中,化合物3、6~11均為首次從該植物中分離得到。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the chemical constituents of polar parts of Rhizoma Magnolia, methods: silica gel column chromatography, semi-preparative liquid chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 chromatography, recrystallization were used to separate and purify them. Results: twelve compounds were isolated and identified as Atenoside A1H, CycloD-Tyr-D-Tyroscorside D5tinionoscorside D5tinionoside D5tinionoside Aturonoside Aturonoside Aturonoside, 34-dimethoxyphenyl-O- 尾 -D-apiuranosyl-O- 尾 -D-apiuranosyl-1, respectively, as determined by spectroscopic data and literature. The chemical structures were identified as follows: Auranosyl-O- 尾 -D-apiuranosyl-1, CycloD-Tyr-D-Tyroscorside D5tinionoside Aturonoside Aturonoside Aturonoside. 鈫,
