【摘要】：從脾癉病因有內(nèi)外先后之分的角度論其病氣之有余不足,認(rèn)為飲食不節(jié)、過食肥甘或情志失調(diào)、肝氣郁滯屬內(nèi)外因,致其內(nèi)熱中滿、脾氣郁遏,或氣機(jī)郁滯、食積化熱為病氣有余;先天不足、脾氣虛弱或后天失養(yǎng)、飲食勞倦屬先后因,致其脾虛失運(yùn)、蘊(yùn)而化熱為病氣不足。又從脾癉病性有虛實(shí)主次的角度論其治法之當(dāng)補(bǔ)當(dāng)瀉,因?qū)嵵掳D者主以辛開苦降之法,若兼虛象者佐以補(bǔ)法,因虛致癉者主以甘溫除熱之法,若兼實(shí)象者佐以瀉法。論清脾癉有余不足與當(dāng)瀉當(dāng)補(bǔ)之理可為脾癉提供更加全面的診治思路,并可為中醫(yī)藥在防治消渴(糖尿病)方面尋求一點(diǎn)突破,所以具有較為實(shí)用的參考價(jià)值。
