【摘要】：目的:應(yīng)用清利化瘀止癢方治療慢性腎衰竭患者皮膚瘙癢,觀察中醫(yī)藥治療慢性腎衰竭皮膚瘙癢的臨床療效。方法:選取2016年3月至2017年1月黑龍江中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院腎內(nèi)科門(mén)診,中醫(yī)辨證類(lèi)型屬于濕熱血瘀證,并符合慢性腎衰竭皮膚瘙癢納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的患者40例。在西醫(yī)常規(guī)治療的基礎(chǔ)上,給予患者口服清利化瘀止癢方治療,每日1劑,水煎2次共約300ml,混勻,早晚2次溫服,4周為一個(gè)療程。采取自身前后對(duì)照法進(jìn)行觀察,觀察患者治療前后的臨床療效和中醫(yī)癥狀積分,比較治療前后皮膚瘙癢的積分變化及相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)室指標(biāo)的改變,觀察清利化瘀止癢方的臨床療效。結(jié)果:清利化瘀止癢方治療CRF患者皮膚瘙癢總有效率是77.78%;中醫(yī)證候總有效率為80.56%;經(jīng)清利化瘀止癢方治療后,患者皮膚瘙癢癥狀明顯緩解,瘙癢評(píng)分顯著下降(P0.01);腎功能明顯改善,Scr、BUN治療后均顯著下降(P0.01),Ccr升高(P0.01);中醫(yī)癥狀積分顯著下降(P0.01)。結(jié)論:1、清利化瘀止癢方治療慢性腎衰竭(濕熱血瘀證)皮膚瘙癢能有效改善患者皮膚瘙癢的癥狀。2、清利化瘀止癢方能有效降低慢性腎衰竭患者的血肌酐、尿素氮,提高內(nèi)生肌酐清除率,改善腎臟功能。3、清利化瘀止癢方治療慢性腎衰竭能有效緩解患者各項(xiàng)不適癥狀,降低中醫(yī)癥狀積分,改善患者全身狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to apply Qingli Huayu Zhiyang recipe to treat skin pruritus in patients with chronic renal failure. To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine on chronic renal failure (CRF) skin itching. Methods: from March 2016 to January 2017, the first affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine was selected. On the basis of western medicine routine treatment, the patients were given oral Qingli Huayu Zhiyang prescription, 1 dose per day, water decoction for 2 times, about 300 ml, mixed well, and 40 cases of chronic renal failure skin pruritus were included in the standard. To observe the clinical curative effect and TCM symptom score of the patients before and after treatment, and to compare the integral changes of skin pruritus and related laboratory indexes before and after treatment. Results: the total effective rate of Qingli Huayu Zhiyang recipe for treating skin pruritus in patients with CRF was 77.78; the total effective rate of TCM syndrome was 80.56; after the treatment of Qingli Huayu Zhiyang recipe, the symptoms of skin pruritus were obviously alleviated. The score of pruritus decreased significantly (P 0.01); the renal function improved significantly after treatment with Scrbun; the increase of CCR was significantly decreased after treatment; the score of symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine decreased significantly (P 0.01). Conclusion the pruritus of chronic renal failure (damp-heat and blood stasis) can be treated with "Wei 1", "Qingli Huayu Zhiyang prescription". [WT5 "HZ] [WT5BZ] it is possible to treat chronic renal failure (dampness, heat and blood stasis) with pruritus. It can effectively reduce serum creatinine in patients with chronic renal failure. Urea nitrogen, improving the clearance rate of endogenous creatinine, improving renal function... Qingli Huayu Zhiyang prescription can effectively relieve the symptoms of patients with chronic renal failure, reduce the integral of TCM symptoms, improve the patients' general state.
