【摘要】：目的:探究祛風(fēng)安神止痛針刺法治療緊張型頭痛的臨床療效。方法:將符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的60例緊張型頭痛患者依隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為治療組與對(duì)照組。治療組30例,給予祛風(fēng)安神止痛針刺法,選取百會(huì)、左右神聰、印堂、水溝、膻中、雙側(cè)的太陽、頭維、風(fēng)池、內(nèi)關(guān)、神門穴。對(duì)照組30例患者進(jìn)行常規(guī)針刺法,針刺百會(huì),雙側(cè)的太陽、頭維、風(fēng)池、頸夾脊、足三里、太沖等穴。兩組均每日治療1次,每次50 min,7日1個(gè)療程,連續(xù)4個(gè)療程。分別于治療前、治療2周與治療結(jié)束后評(píng)定兩組患者的視覺模擬評(píng)分(VAS評(píng)分)并采集患者治療前、后頭痛強(qiáng)度積分和漢密頓抑郁(HAMD)評(píng)分,觀察各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的變化情況,并計(jì)算總有效率。結(jié)果:1.VAS評(píng)分:兩組患者治療2、4周時(shí)VAS評(píng)分與該組治療前評(píng)分的差值分別做組間比較,有非常顯著性差異(P0.01)。2.頭痛強(qiáng)度積分:兩組患者治療前、后頭痛強(qiáng)度積分組內(nèi)比較,均差異非常顯著(P0.01);兩組患者治療4周后頭痛強(qiáng)度積分組間比較亦有顯著性差異(p0.05)。3.HAMD評(píng)分:治療組治療前、后HAMD評(píng)分組內(nèi)比較,有非常顯著性差異(P0.01);對(duì)照組治療前、后組內(nèi)比較有顯著性差異(p0.05);兩組治療后組間比較有顯著性差異(p0.05)。4.兩組臨床整體療效的比較:治療組總有效率為90.00%;對(duì)照組的總有效率為66.67%,二者之間有顯著性差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:1.祛風(fēng)安神止痛針刺法可減輕緊張型頭痛患者的疼痛癥狀,且相較于常規(guī)針刺法起效快、止痛療效更為顯著。2.祛風(fēng)安神止痛針刺法可很好改善緊張型頭痛患者的抑郁狀態(tài),而抑郁狀態(tài)的好轉(zhuǎn)也有助于頭痛癥狀的減輕。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical curative effect of the acupuncture method of dispelling wind and tranquilizing the spirit and relieving pain on tension-type headache. Methods: according to the random digital table, 60 patients with tension-type headache were divided into the treatment group and the control group, 30 cases in the treatment group, 30 cases in the treatment group, and 30 cases in the control group. Give the acupuncture method of dispelling wind and calming the spirit and relieving pain, select Baihui, left and right Shencong, Yin Tang, ditch, Tanzhong, bilateral sun, head dimension, wind pond, Neiguan and Shenmen acupoints. Control group 30 patients are treated with routine acupuncture, acupuncture Baihui, bilateral sun, Head Wei, Fengchi, neck clip, Zusanli, Taichong and so on. The two groups were treated once a day for 50 mins, 7th for a course of 4 consecutive courses of treatment, respectively, before treatment, The visual analogue score and VAS score of the two groups were evaluated after 2 weeks of treatment and the end of treatment. The scores of headache intensity and Hamd before and after treatment were collected to observe the changes of the indexes. Results 1. VAS score: the difference of VAS score between the two groups at 24 weeks after treatment was significantly different from that before treatment in two groups (P < 0.01). Headache intensity score: before treatment, there was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05), and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05), and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). After 4 weeks of treatment, there were significant differences in the scores of headache intensity between the two groups. 3. Hamd scores: HAMD scores before and after treatment in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and there were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment. There was a very significant difference (P 0.01); before treatment, in the control group, There was a significant difference between the two groups after treatment. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.005.The total effective rate of the control group was 66.67 and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P0.055.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 66.67 and the difference between the two groups was significant (P0.055.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.005%), and the total effective rate of the control group was 66.67% (P < 0.05). Conclusion (1) the acupuncture method of dispelling wind and soothing the spirit and relieving pain can relieve the pain symptoms of the patients with tension headache. Compared with the conventional acupuncture method, the analgesic effect is more obvious. 2. The acupuncture method of dispelling wind and soothing the mind and relieving pain can improve the depression state of the patients with tension headache, and the improvement of the depression state can also help to alleviate the headache symptoms.
