【摘要】：舌診,又稱望舌,是觀察病人舌質(zhì)和舌苔的變化以診察疾病的方法,在中醫(yī)傳統(tǒng)的“四診”之中,屬于望診的范疇,是中醫(yī)有別于西醫(yī)的診法之一。由于它在中醫(yī)學(xué)中具有極為重要的診斷價(jià)值,基于舌象的智能研究也越來(lái)越廣泛。多數(shù)基于舌象的研究都是對(duì)二維圖像,根據(jù)舌苔的顏色信息來(lái)判別病人的生理狀況,而舌苔的裂紋長(zhǎng)度、深度、以及舌苔的厚度等信息也對(duì)病情判斷有很大的輔助作用,因此對(duì)于3D舌象的需求迫在眉睫。本文采用立體視覺(jué)的方法對(duì)舌象表面進(jìn)行了重建,詳細(xì)闡述了立體視覺(jué)理論的原理和實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程,并對(duì)舌象實(shí)現(xiàn)了較好的三維復(fù)原。論文的主要工作體現(xiàn)在以下幾個(gè)方面:1研究了相機(jī)模型及成像機(jī)理,并編寫了相機(jī)采集及自動(dòng)化標(biāo)定軟件。2研究和總結(jié)了立體匹配策略和常用的立體匹配算法,并提出了基于方向權(quán)值的立體匹配算法,實(shí)現(xiàn)了快速的局部立體匹配,得到了較為精確的稠密視差圖。3編寫了立體舌象三維重構(gòu)軟件,該軟件集成了相機(jī)的畸變矯正,舌象分割、兩幅舌象的極線校正,多種立體匹配算法,點(diǎn)云去噪、點(diǎn)云精簡(jiǎn)、點(diǎn)云剖分和三維顯示等功能。4研究了常用的舌象分割算法,并在snakes主動(dòng)輪廓模型的基礎(chǔ)上開發(fā)了舌象半自動(dòng)提取算法,經(jīng)實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證該算法的分割效果較好。5搭建了立體重構(gòu)系統(tǒng),并對(duì)系統(tǒng)的理論精度和實(shí)際精度進(jìn)行了理論分析和實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:Tongue diagnosis, also called "gazing tongue", is a method of observing the changes of tongue quality and tongue coating of patients to diagnose diseases. In the traditional "four diagnoses" of traditional Chinese medicine, it belongs to the category of inspection. It is one of the diagnostic methods of traditional Chinese medicine, which is different from western medicine. Because of its very important diagnostic value in traditional Chinese medicine, intelligence research based on tongue image is more and more extensive. According to the color information of tongue coating to judge the physiological condition of the patient, the length, depth and thickness of the crack of tongue coating are also helpful to judge the condition of the patient. Therefore, the demand for 3D tongue image is urgent. In this paper, the method of stereo vision is used to reconstruct the surface of tongue image, and the principle and realization process of stereo vision theory are described in detail. The main work of this paper is to study the camera model and imaging mechanism in the following aspects: 1. The camera acquisition and automatic calibration software .2 has been developed to study and summarize the stereo matching strategy and the commonly used stereo matching algorithm, and a stereo matching algorithm based on directional weight is proposed, which realizes fast local stereo matching. A more accurate 3D reconstruction software for stereo tongue image is developed in dense parallax figure .3. The software integrates camera distortion correction, tongue image segmentation, polar line correction of two tongue images, various stereo matching algorithms, point cloud denoising and point cloud reduction. On the basis of snakes active contour model, a semi-automatic tongue image extraction algorithm is developed. Experimental results show that the segmentation effect of the algorithm is good. 5. The stereo reconstruction system is built, and the theoretical and practical accuracy of the system is analyzed and verified by experiments.
