【摘要】：目的:觀察補(bǔ)脾益腎法臨床治療重癥肌無力的效果和對(duì)病人生活生存質(zhì)量的影響,評(píng)估其治療效果的安全性和有效性,為中醫(yī)藥辨證治療重癥肌無力提供新的方法和思路。方法:2013年9月—2015年12月,在河南中醫(yī)學(xué)院第一附屬醫(yī)院腦病門診就診和在病房住院的患者。根據(jù)納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)收集52例重癥肌無力患者。采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字方法,分為治療組26例和對(duì)照組26例。對(duì)照組給藥方案:(1)符合重癥肌無力改良Osserman分型Ⅰ型給予溴吡斯的明,60mg/片,1片/次,每日三次,可根據(jù)病情調(diào)整用量;(2)符合重癥肌無力改良Osserman分型Ⅱ型MG予給予溴吡斯的明,60mg/片,1片/次,每日三次,強(qiáng)的松5-30mg,每日晨起后頓服,癥狀明顯改善后酌情予以逐漸減量。治療組在以上對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上給予補(bǔ)脾益腎功效的方藥治療。兩組治療療程均為3月,在治療前及治療后評(píng)定西醫(yī)臨床絕對(duì)計(jì)分、中醫(yī)證候計(jì)分和生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分。結(jié)果:治療后3個(gè)月與治療前兩組在QMG評(píng)分和Busch生活質(zhì)量量表評(píng)分比較有著顯著差異(P0.05),治療后3個(gè)月兩組中醫(yī)證候量表評(píng)分比較有非常顯著性差異(P0.01)。表明治療組在各個(gè)方面都較對(duì)照組改善明顯。整個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)期間,最終對(duì)照組有3例患者出現(xiàn)不良反應(yīng),而治療組未發(fā)現(xiàn)明顯不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論:補(bǔ)脾益腎法能夠明顯改善患者的中醫(yī)癥狀、臨床癥狀并提高患者的生活質(zhì)量。其中治療組中西藥結(jié)合治療在改善患者癥狀方面明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組單純西藥治療,且副作用小,是安全有效并值得臨床推廣的治療重癥肌無力的方法。
