【摘要】：目的:觀察養(yǎng)陰熄風(fēng)膠囊治療陰虛血瘀型腦梗塞合并2型糖尿病的臨床療效及臨床應(yīng)用的安全性,并根據(jù)中醫(yī)藥理論探討陰虛血瘀型腦梗塞合并2型糖尿病的病因病機(jī)及養(yǎng)陰熄風(fēng)膠囊治療該病的作用機(jī)理。方法:將符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的64例陰虛血瘀型腦梗塞合并2型糖尿病患者隨機(jī)分為試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組各32例。試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組病例在性別、病程、年齡、基礎(chǔ)疾病、病情分布等方面均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。對(duì)照組應(yīng)用常規(guī)西藥治療;試驗(yàn)組在常規(guī)治療基礎(chǔ)上,給予養(yǎng)陰熄風(fēng)膠囊,1次5粒,1日3次,于飯后半小時(shí)溫開水送服;8周為一個(gè)療程,療程結(jié)束后,比較兩組治療前后中醫(yī)證候積分、中醫(yī)證候療效、中醫(yī)單項(xiàng)癥狀體征、NIHSS評(píng)分、神經(jīng)功能缺損程度療效及實(shí)驗(yàn)室指標(biāo)等,對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析及療效安全性評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果:脫落3例,治療后試驗(yàn)組余31例,對(duì)照組余30例。兩組治療后在中醫(yī)證候積分、中醫(yī)證候療效、中醫(yī)單項(xiàng)癥狀體征、NIHSS評(píng)分、神經(jīng)功能缺損程度療效及實(shí)驗(yàn)室指標(biāo)等方面與治療前比較均有明顯改善(P0.05),但試驗(yàn)組明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。治療期間安全性觀察指標(biāo)均未見明顯異常。結(jié)果說明養(yǎng)陰熄風(fēng)膠囊治療陰虛血瘀型腦梗塞合并2型糖尿病療效顯著,且無毒副作用。結(jié)論:應(yīng)用養(yǎng)陰熄風(fēng)膠囊治療陰虛血瘀型腦梗塞合并2型糖尿病的臨床療效良好,無毒副作用,安全可靠。從而證實(shí)了養(yǎng)陰熄風(fēng)、活血通絡(luò)論治陰虛血瘀型腦梗塞合并2型糖尿病的可靠性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yangyin Xifeng capsule in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with cerebral infarction with yin deficiency and blood stasis. According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the etiology and pathogenesis of cerebral infarction complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus of yin deficiency and blood stasis type 2 and the mechanism of Yangyin Xifeng capsule in treating this disease were discussed. Methods: 64 cases of cerebral infarction with yin deficiency and blood stasis type were included. Patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group (n = 32) and the control group (n = 32). There was no statistical difference in course of disease, age, basic disease, distribution of disease, etc. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, the experimental group was given 5 capsules of Yangyin Xifeng capsule on the basis of routine treatment, 3 times on 1st. Half an hour after the meal, warm water was taken for 8 weeks as a course of treatment. After the course of treatment, the scores of TCM syndromes, the efficacy of TCM syndromes, the scores of single symptoms and signs of TCM and NIHSS, the degree of neurological impairment and the laboratory indexes were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment. The results were statistically analyzed and the efficacy safety was evaluated. Results: there were 3 cases of shedding, 31 cases of experimental group and 30 cases of control group after treatment. After treatment, the scores of TCM syndromes, TCM syndromes, single symptoms and signs of TCM were evaluated by NIHSS. Compared with before treatment, the degree of nerve function defect and laboratory indexes were significantly improved, but the experimental group was superior to the control group, and the safety observation indexes were not abnormal during the treatment. The results showed that the yin-nourishing extinguishing was not obvious. The curative effect of Feng capsule on cerebral infarction complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus with yin deficiency and blood stasis was significant. Conclusion: the application of Yangyin Xifeng capsule in the treatment of cerebral infarction with type 2 diabetes mellitus with yin deficiency and blood stasis is effective, safe and reliable. The Reliability of promoting Blood Circulation and regulating collaterals in treating Cerebral Infarction of Yin deficiency and Blood stasis combined with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.
