【摘要】：目的:通過觀察盆腔炎2號方口服加外敷治療氣滯血瘀型慢性盆腔炎的臨床療效,研究盆腔炎2號方的作用機理,為慢性盆腔炎患者的中醫(yī)藥治療探尋更有效的途徑。方法:選取符合診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的60例患者,隨機分為兩組,即治療組30例和對照組30例。治療組口服經(jīng)驗方盆腔炎2號方配合藥渣外敷,對照組服用血府逐瘀口服液,以4周為一療程,經(jīng)期停藥,治療三個療程后比較兩組患者治療前后的中醫(yī)癥狀療效、局部體征療效、臨床綜合療效、炎性包塊、積液及陰道分泌物清潔度的變化情況。結(jié)果:1.治療后兩組患者中醫(yī)癥狀積分、局部體征積分均較治療前改善,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),中醫(yī)癥狀積分方面,治療組優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05),局部體征積分方面,治療組明顯優(yōu)于對照組(P0.01);2.治療后中醫(yī)癥狀療效、局部體征療效及綜合療效相比,治療組均優(yōu)于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);3.在盆腔包塊及盆腔積液方面,兩組患者較治療前均有改善(P0.05),治療組優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05);4.在陰道分泌物方面,兩組均有改善,治療組優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:盆腔炎2號方對氣滯血瘀型慢性盆腔炎有明顯的臨床療效,可有效改善患者的中醫(yī)癥狀及局部體征,在減少炎性滲出,消散包塊,改善陰道分泌物清潔度上有積極的作用,口服聯(lián)合藥渣外敷的綜合治法安全有效,值得進(jìn)一步臨床研究和推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the clinical effect of pelvic inflammation by No. 2 oral and topical treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis of chronic pelvic inflammation, pelvic inflammatory mechanism of No. 2, explore the effective way for the treatment of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease by traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: a total of 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups. That is, the treatment group of 30 cases and 30 cases in the control group. The treatment group oral experience pelvic inflammation No. 2 decoction combined with external application of dregs, the control group taking Xuefuzhuyu Oral Liquid for 4 weeks for a course of treatment, menstrual withdrawal, curative effect of TCM symptoms before and after treatment were compared between the two groups after three courses of treatment. Local signs of efficacy, clinical efficacy, inflammatory mass, ascites and vaginal secretions cleanliness changes. Results: 1. of the two groups after the treatment, TCM symptoms, local signs integral were improved compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), TCM symptom score , the treatment group than the control group (P0.05), local signs integral, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P0.01); TCM symptoms in 2. after treatment, and compared the comprehensive curative effect of local signs of efficacy, the treatment group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05); 3. in pelvic mass and pelvic effusion, two groups of patients before treatment were improved (P0.05), the treatment group than the control group (P0.05); 4. in vaginal secretions, two groups were improved in the treatment group than the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: pelvic inflammatory disease No. 2 has obvious clinical curative effect of qi stagnation and blood stasis type of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, can effectively improve the TCM symptoms and local signs, reduce inflammatory exudation, dissipating mass, improve vaginal secretions have a positive effect on the degree of oral, topical therapy combined with drug residue comprehensive safe and effective, worthy of further clinical study and promotion.
