【摘要】：目的:通過(guò)整理中醫(yī)藥治療尋常型銀屑病的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),總結(jié)醫(yī)案中的信息,探索中醫(yī)藥治療尋常型銀屑病的相關(guān)規(guī)律。方法:統(tǒng)計(jì)中醫(yī)治療尋常型銀屑病在中國(guó)知網(wǎng)、維普數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)等2003-2017年間國(guó)內(nèi)權(quán)威數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)及省級(jí)以上的中醫(yī)藥期刊文獻(xiàn)及各中醫(yī)院校2003-2016年碩士畢業(yè)生論文,共收集資料94篇,涉及中藥201種。利用Microsoft Excel、SPSS17.0軟件及Net Draw社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析軟件建立資料數(shù)據(jù)表,分析中醫(yī)證治及用藥規(guī)律,對(duì)中醫(yī)治療尋常型銀屑病進(jìn)行基本總結(jié)。結(jié)果:中醫(yī)辨證分型出現(xiàn)頻次主要為血熱型、血瘀型、血燥型、血虛風(fēng)燥型,分別為45、43、38、22次;臟腑辨證分型出現(xiàn)頻次主要為肝腎陰虛型、風(fēng)熱犯肺型、脾虛濕盛型,分別為5、3、3次。舌色分布出現(xiàn)頻次主要為紅舌、暗舌、淡紅舌,分別為66、34、29次;舌苔分布出現(xiàn)頻次主要為黃苔、薄苔、膩苔,分別為63、53、42次;脈象分布出現(xiàn)頻次主要為數(shù)脈、細(xì)脈、滑脈、弦脈,分別為59、42、39、31次。單味用藥使用頻次在50次以上的藥物有10種,包括生地黃、赤芍、當(dāng)歸、甘草、丹參、紫草、土茯苓、牡丹皮、白鮮皮、金銀花;藥物分類使用主要為清熱藥、補(bǔ)虛藥、活血化瘀藥;進(jìn)展期用藥中主要以清熱藥為主;靜止期主要以活血化瘀藥為主;消退期主要以補(bǔ)益藥為主。結(jié)論:1.尋常型銀屑病的中醫(yī)辨證分型主要是血熱型、血瘀型、血燥型;臟腑辨證分型主要是肝腎陰虛型、風(fēng)熱犯肺型、脾虛濕盛型;2.尋常型銀屑病治療藥物使用頻次最多的主要是清熱藥、補(bǔ)虛藥、活血化瘀藥,單味用藥使用頻次前10位(由高到低)依次為生地黃、赤芍、當(dāng)歸、甘草、丹參、紫草、土茯苓、牡丹皮、白鮮皮、金銀花;3.尋常型銀屑病進(jìn)展期藥物使用頻次最主要的是清熱藥活血化瘀藥,與治療效果密切相關(guān)的藥物為生地黃、赤芍、牡丹皮。4.尋常型銀屑病靜止期藥物使用頻次最主要的是活血化瘀藥補(bǔ)益藥清熱藥,以活血化瘀藥為主,與治療效果密切相關(guān)的藥物為當(dāng)歸、生地黃、雞血藤。5.尋常型銀屑病消退期藥物使用頻次最主要的是補(bǔ)益藥活血化瘀清熱藥,以補(bǔ)益藥為主,與治療效果密切相關(guān)的藥物為當(dāng)歸、丹參、赤芍、白花蛇舌草。
[Abstract]:Objective: to summarize the information in medical records of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris, and to explore the relevant rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods: statistics of TCM treatment of psoriasis vulgaris in China, From 2003 to 2017, the database of Weip and other authoritative databases, the literature of Chinese medicine periodicals above the provincial level and the graduate papers of Chinese medicine colleges and universities in 2003-2016 were collected, and 94 articles were collected. Using Microsoft Excel SPSS 17.0 software and Net Draw social network analysis software to establish data table, to analyze the law of TCM syndrome and treatment and drug use. Results: the main types of TCM syndrome differentiation were blood heat type, blood stasis type, blood dryness type, blood deficiency type and wind dryness type, respectively. The frequency of tongue color distribution was mainly red tongue, dark tongue and light red tongue, respectively, and the distribution frequency of tongue coating was mainly yellow fur, thin fur and greasy coating, respectively, and the frequency of tongue color distribution was red tongue, dark tongue and light red tongue, respectively, and the distribution frequency of tongue coating was mainly yellow fur, thin fur and greasy coating, respectively. The frequency of pulse distribution was mainly composed of several veins, thin veins, smooth veins and chord veins, respectively, with a frequency of 59 ~ 42 and 39 ~ 31 times respectively. There were 10 kinds of drugs which were used more than 50 times, including Rehmannia, Radix Paeoniae Paeoniae, Radix angelicae Sinensis, Radix Glycyrrhizae, Salvia miltiorrhiza, Radix Purple Rhizoma, Poria cocos, and Radix Paeoniae Sinensis. Peony peel, white fresh skin, honeysuckle; classified medicine is mainly used as heat-clearing medicine, tonifying medicine, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis medicine; Conclusion 1. The syndrome differentiation of psoriasis vulgaris is mainly divided into blood heat type, blood stasis type, blood dryness type, liver and kidney yin deficiency type, wind heat invading lung type. The most frequently used drugs for psoriasis vulgaris are heat-clearing medicine, tonifying medicine, promoting blood circulation medicine and removing blood stasis medicine. The top 10 (from high to low) of single drug use frequency are Rehmannia, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Angelica sinensis, Radix Glycyrrhizae, Salvia miltiorrhiza, Salvia miltiorrhiza and Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae. Purple grass, Poria cocos, peony peel, white fresh skin, honeysuckle 3. The most important drug used in the advanced stage of psoriasis vulgaris is the antipyretic drug for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and the drugs closely related to the therapeutic effect are Rehmannia, Radix Paeoniae rubra and Radix Paeoniae rubra. Peony skin .4.The most frequent use of drugs in stationary stage of psoriasis vulgaris is activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis and tonifying heat drugs, mainly promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. The drugs closely related to the therapeutic effect are angelica sinensis, Rehmannia and Rehmannia. The main drugs used in the extinction period of psoriasis vulgaris were tonifying medicine, activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis and clearing heat, mainly with tonifying drugs, and the drugs closely related to the therapeutic effect were Angelica, Salvia miltiorrhiza, Radix Paeoniae Alba, and Herba Phellodendri.
