【摘要】：郁證是中醫(yī)學(xué)中的疾病概念。在悠長(zhǎng)的中醫(yī)藥發(fā)展過程中,歷代醫(yī)家關(guān)于郁證的學(xué)術(shù)思想與論著卷帙浩繁。關(guān)于“郁”的記載可以追溯到兩千多年以前的《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》中,在此之后,東漢的張仲景撰寫了《傷寒雜病論》一書,在繼承與發(fā)揚(yáng)《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》學(xué)術(shù)思想的基礎(chǔ)之上,結(jié)合自己臨床實(shí)踐所得,創(chuàng)制了半夏厚樸湯、百合地黃湯和柴胡類方等解郁經(jīng)方,豐富了郁證的病因病機(jī)理論以及臨床辨證論治體系與方法,為后世認(rèn)識(shí)與辨治郁證提供了寶貴的指導(dǎo)意義。現(xiàn)代以來,經(jīng)方在郁證治療中的運(yùn)用范圍越來越廣泛,這與其辨證論治的指導(dǎo)原則以及精巧靈活的制方思路是分不開的。因此,本文收集了30種經(jīng)方在郁證治療中的古今應(yīng)用文獻(xiàn),分析了其中的證治及方藥運(yùn)用情況,探討了其在病理、病機(jī)、治法、方藥等方面的相關(guān)規(guī)律性,為郁證的臨床治療開拓了廣泛的經(jīng)方思路。
[Abstract]:Depression syndrome is the concept of disease in traditional Chinese medicine. During the long development of traditional Chinese medicine, the academic thought and treatises of depression syndrome were voluminous and numerous. The records of depression can be traced back to more than 2,000 years ago in the "Huangdi Nei Jing". After that, Zhang Zhongjing of the Eastern Han Dynasty wrote a book on the miscellaneous diseases of typhoid fever. On the basis of inheriting and carrying forward the academic thought of Huangdi's Internal Classic, and combining with his own clinical practice, he created the Banxia Houpu decoction. Huihuang decoction and Bupleurum decoction have enriched the theory of etiology and pathogenesis of depression and the system and method of clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment, and have provided valuable guiding significance for the understanding and treatment of depression in later generations. The application of classical prescription in the treatment of depression is more and more extensive, which is inseparable from its guiding principle of syndrome differentiation and its ingenious and flexible thinking of prescribing prescription. Therefore, this paper collects 30 kinds of ancient and modern literature on the treatment of depression syndrome. This paper analyzes the situation of syndrome treatment and the application of prescription drugs, probes into its relative regularity in pathology, pathogenesis, treatment method, prescription and so on, and opens up a wide range of thinking of classics prescription for the clinical treatment of depression syndrome.
