【摘要】：目的:觀察體針聯(lián)合耳針針刺治療腎精虧損型耳鳴的臨床療效,并為腎精虧損型耳鳴的治療提供行之有效的聯(lián)合治療方案。方法:將60例腎精虧損型耳鳴患者隨機(jī)分為兩組,每組30例,試驗(yàn)組予體針聯(lián)合耳針治療,對(duì)照組予單純體針治療,兩組患者治療3個(gè)療程后,比較治療后的總有效率、耳鳴殘疾評(píng)估量表評(píng)分及耳鳴癥狀緩解時(shí)間的差異。結(jié)果:(1)試驗(yàn)組總有效率83.33%,對(duì)照組總有效率73.33%。兩組比較治療后總有效率差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。(2)兩組比較治療后耳鳴殘疾評(píng)估量表評(píng)分、耳鳴癥狀緩解時(shí)間差異有顯著統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),試驗(yàn)組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論:體針聯(lián)合耳針針刺和單純體針針刺均能減輕或者消除腎精虧損型耳鳴患者的耳鳴鳴響程度,體針聯(lián)合耳針針刺能夠顯著降低耳鳴殘疾評(píng)估量表評(píng)分,且治療效果見效較快。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of body acupuncture combined with ear acupuncture on tinnitus with deficiency of kidney essence, and to provide an effective combined treatment for tinnitus with deficiency of kidney essence. Methods: 60 cases of tinnitus with deficiency of kidney essence were randomly divided into two groups. 30 cases in each group were treated with body acupuncture combined with ear acupuncture, while the control group were treated with simple body acupuncture. After three courses of treatment, the total effective rate of the two groups was compared. Results: the total effective rate of the experimental group was 83.33 and that of the control group was 73.33. There was no significant difference in the total effective rate after treatment between the two groups (P 0.05). Score of disability assessment scale, There was significant difference in remission time of tinnitus symptoms between the two groups (P 0.05), and the experimental group was superior to the control group. Conclusion: body acupuncture combined with ear acupuncture and simple body acupuncture can reduce or eliminate tinnitus in patients with kidney essence deficiency tinnitus. Body acupuncture combined with ear acupuncture can significantly reduce the score of tinnitus disability assessment scale, and the therapeutic effect is faster.
