【摘要】：祛邪治則是針對邪實證而設(shè),是臨床常用的治療法則之一,是醫(yī)門之常識。因勢祛邪,是中醫(yī)學(xué)以人為本治療理念在祛邪法中的體現(xiàn),更是中醫(yī)學(xué)的治療特色之一。古今臨床諸多醫(yī)家運用因勢祛邪治則治療邪實之證,取得了一定的療效,但是,理論指導(dǎo)臨床,“外感病泛用寒涼”等臨床應(yīng)用祛邪法則的諸多不盡人意的現(xiàn)象,反映了因勢祛邪理論有待深化和系統(tǒng)研究。鑒于此,在對因勢祛邪的相關(guān)文獻資料整理分析的基礎(chǔ)上,本文以因勢祛邪的理論研究為切入點,從概念、哲學(xué)基礎(chǔ)、生理病理學(xué)基礎(chǔ)、治病機理及應(yīng)用舉例等方面,對因勢祛邪理論作了較深入的分析研究,以便更好地發(fā)揮因勢祛邪理論指導(dǎo)臨床的實踐作用,提高臨床邪實證的治療效果。本論文主要采用文獻研究和理論探討相結(jié)合的研究方法。以因勢祛邪的字義考辨為線索,結(jié)合中醫(yī)學(xué)祛邪治則的內(nèi)涵,解讀了因勢祛邪的含義;從天人合一的整體觀、道法自然和因勢利導(dǎo)等方面論述了因勢祛邪的哲學(xué)基礎(chǔ);立足人體的自我調(diào)控能力闡述了因勢祛邪的生理病理學(xué)基礎(chǔ);明確了因勢祛邪的治病機理是以人體的自我調(diào)控能力為本,遵從人體的抗病趨勢,順應(yīng)自然變化之勢,并根據(jù)疾病的病位病勢以及藥物的作用趨勢,因時、因地、因人治療疾病,結(jié)合應(yīng)用舉例進一步體現(xiàn)了因勢祛邪理論的臨床價值。
[Abstract]:The treatment of dispelling evil is aimed at the evidence of evil, it is one of the commonly used therapeutic principles in clinic, and it is the common knowledge of medicine. Because of the potential and dispelling evil, it is the embodiment of traditional Chinese medicine's people-oriented treatment idea in the method of dispelling evil. It is also one of the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine. In ancient and modern clinical practice, many doctors have used the principle of dispelling evil because of the potential to treat the syndrome of evil truth, which has achieved certain curative effect, but, Many unsatisfactory phenomena of clinical application of the principle of dispelling evil, such as "exogenous diseases with cold and cold", reflect that the theory of dispelling evil due to potential needs to be deepened and systematically studied. On the basis of the analysis of the related literature, this paper takes the theoretical study of the potential to dispel evil as the breakthrough point, from the concept, philosophical basis, physiological and pathological basis, cure mechanism and application examples, and so on. In order to give full play to the practical role of the theory of dispelling evil due to potential, the theory of dispelling evil due to potential has been deeply analyzed and studied in order to guide the clinical practice. To improve the therapeutic effect of clinical pathogenic evidence. This paper mainly adopts the research method of combining literature research and theoretical discussion. Taking the textual research of character and meaning of potential dispelling evil as a clue, combined with the connotation of the principle of dispelling evil in traditional Chinese medicine, this paper interprets the meaning of dispelling evil because of potential; This paper discusses the philosophical basis of dispelling evil by force from the whole view of the unity of nature and man, the nature of Taoism and the guidance of the times, and expounds the physiological and pathological basis of dispelling evil by force based on the self-regulating ability of the human body. It is clear that the cure mechanism of the disease caused by potential and evil is based on the ability of self-regulation of human body, following the trend of disease resistance of human body, complying with the trend of natural change, and according to the disease position, disease tendency and the action trend of drugs, because of time and place, The clinical value of the theory of dispelling evil due to the potential is further reflected by the application examples of treating diseases by human beings.
