復(fù)方芪麻膠囊對(duì)原發(fā)性高血壓患者脂聯(lián)素及動(dòng)脈彈性的影響

【摘要】:目的:觀察復(fù)方芪麻膠囊對(duì)高血壓患者血清脂聯(lián)素(Adiponectin,APN)水平及動(dòng)脈僵硬度的影響,探討中醫(yī)藥對(duì)高血壓的防治作用。方法:將84例原發(fā)性高血壓患者按照完全隨機(jī)化分為治療組和對(duì)照組各42例,兩組分別給予基礎(chǔ)降壓藥替米沙坦片(80 mg,1次/d),治療組在此基礎(chǔ)上加用復(fù)方芪麻膠囊(2粒/次,3次/d),同時(shí)選取30例健康體檢者作為健康對(duì)照組。給藥8周后,比較治療前后兩組患者的收縮壓、舒張壓、脂聯(lián)素水平及臂-踝脈搏波傳導(dǎo)速度(Ba-PWV)。結(jié)果:EH患者的APN水平較健康人群明顯降低,Ba-PWV顯著增加,具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01);治療8周后,治療組及對(duì)照組的SBP、DBP、APN、Ba-PWV較治療前有明顯改善,且在降低SBP及APN水平方面治療組比對(duì)照組更有優(yōu)勢(shì)(P0.05)。結(jié)論:復(fù)方芪麻膠囊可顯著增加EH患者脂聯(lián)素水平,推測(cè)這可能是其改善高血壓動(dòng)脈僵硬度的機(jī)制之一。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of compound Qima capsule on serum adiponectin (Adiponectin) and arterial stiffness in patients with hypertension. Methods: 84 patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 42) and control group (n = 42). The two groups were given the basic antihypertensive drug telmisartan (80 mg / d), and the treatment group was treated with 2 capsules of compound Qima capsule / 3 times / d, and 30 healthy persons were selected as the healthy control group. After 8 weeks of administration, the treatment group was treated with two capsules of compound Qima capsule, and 30 healthy persons were selected as the control group. Systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), adiponectin level and brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (BWV) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results the APN level in patients with BALB / EH was significantly lower than that in healthy subjects (P 0.01). Compared with the control group, the treatment group and the control group had obvious improvement in SBP DBPU Ba-PWV, and the treatment group had more advantages than the control group in reducing the levels of SBP and APN. Conclusion: compound Qi-ma capsule can significantly increase the adiponectin level in EH patients. It is speculated that this may be one of its mechanisms to improve arterial stiffness of hypertension.
